Crazy thing is it appears to be a misunderstanding. Ronnie was running late and they had Bobby fill in and extend his set. When ronnie showed up he see Bobby on stage during the time BBD was supposed to be performing.

Watching several interviews with Ricky Bell, he’s an absolutely articulate speaker.
I believe that was the first time Ronnie came undone. Because he is the peace maker. Bobby finally tapped danced on his last Lol.

That tour put all of NE in debt except Bobby and Mike. The rest of the fellas lost homes, cars and money after they were sued by the concert promoters. Took them years to get back right financially.
