Katherine Magbanua says Adelson ordered the hit on FSU law professor Dan Markel and that she lied in her own murder trial to protect herself. Markel was in a bitter custody battle with Adelson's sister, Wendi Adelson.

What happened to Dan Markel was an absolute tragedy which should never have happened - but I really don’t want to see Charlie go down unless Wendi goes down too. This is all about shifty evil Wendi, who was happy to set up her boyfriend, Jeff, and have him, a totally innocent man, spend the rest of his life in prison. She is a real piece of work.
I really don’t think they can get Wendi, but they can definitely get Donna. I’m shocked how no one except a Latin King are snitching on each other.

As for Donna, you can see where her children get their humanitarian sides from. It’ll be interesting to see if they charge her - she’s probably more responsible for this than we realise.
There is a lot of evidence on Wendi. Wendi had to provide Charlie the time and days for when the hitmen need to show up to dans house to make the hit. She drove near the crime scene and she kept changing her stories on that so called "fast shortcut" to the liquor store that did not exist. There is a video I RUclips called "Wendi route" and it's a video proving she never was taken a small shortcut that did not get her to the liquor store any faster, she was actually trying to drive to Dans road so she can celebrate seeing her EX dead in his drive in. I can literally make a giant comment on how she was 100% involved with Dan's death but, this comment would take forever to type it all out.

I listened to an interview with Wendi and Charlie’s older brother. He was adamant that Wendi was the “baby” of the family and was deeply protected by Charlie. Wendi HAD to have known that all she needed to do was make her mom and Charlie feel horrifically bad for her and then they’d do the rest for her. Wendi is an attorney and she knew from day one to make sure her “prints” were nowhere near this crime. All she had to do was plant a seed that she was being horribly victimized and she knew her mom and brother would do anything to save her. I’d love to know what kind of horrific and false things she told her mom to make her mom see Dan as a monster. Wendi was very clearly the puppet master in that family and it sounds as though this had been the case her entire life. Wendi does a tremendous job of being the damsel in distress. Charlie was so clearly under the control of Wendi and Donna. He is 100% responsible but I also think he’s somewhat a victim too. Both Donna and Wendi are 100% okay with Charlie being the “sacrificial lamb”. I just know Charlie will wake up in prison one day and realize that his mother and sister were never going to stop him from going to prison. It seems as though He was nothing more to them than a means to an end.

This Forensic Psychiatrist doesn’t seem to be familiar with the totality of the case. Charlie bagged everything that moved. Katie was maintaining a physical relationship with the father of her two children. His atty is desperately reaching for anything to save his client because his defense crumbled today.

In shock that it's taken this long to bring evidence forward against Charlie and the whole family?! Of course they ordered the hit?! Something had to have been messed up in this case. With everything I've watched, Katie just communicated what he wanted to her kid's dad (to kill) and is obviously paying the price but why life? And not one Adelson was charge 10 years ago?? If it was a connection thru extortion, they certainly wouldn't have taken out poor Dan who they hated from day 1! I feel like Charlie and Wendi have pretty much allowed their mom to ruin their lives. The steps to Dan's murder are pretty clear regardless of testimony.
Charlie knew of Katie’s relationship to people who were involved in unsavoury things. He then set up a fake love trap to get her to recruit the bad guys to carry his plot. It is very sad that she didn’t recognize that she was being used by Charlie.

Im so curious how katie and her lawyers decided to not take that deal. And i think the lawyers could have gotten her a great deal. I hope they made it clear Garcia was going down regardless. If she didnt know that and made a decision thinking he could get off then they did her a great injustice, but i can understand Katie could have been adamant not to take a deal. So, Charlie Adelson is in the middle of surgery, and he's taking a phone call....then, presumably, goes back to operating on his patient, after learning the FBI were asking questions. If I were one of the Adelson patients, I'd be very concerned about the quality of my care I'd been given. Just the thought of that creep performing surgery makes me shudder.

@@gingersmith2888 I don’t judge anything off one event. It’s fair to say there’s been a few murders I’ve read about or watched documentaries on from America. How many thousand, I am not sure but it isn’t the safest country in the world is it. Let’s take 3rd world countries out of the numbers. America has 5% of the world’s population and if it had under 10% of the worlds homicides or murders, then you’d almost take that. Fact is it doesn’t. Mass shootings school shootings and just plain old murder one on one is in abundance in the USA. So unless you have blinkers on or don’t see things while you are inside, then maybe you and others don’t see. From a far you get a good picture of things. I am not perfect and either is my country. Far from it. Humans aren’t ever going to be perfect. What I would say is, as a parent, I’ve never had fears of let’s say my kids at school. It’s a safe place where I’m from. No school has ever had a shooting in my country. Mass shootings are virtually none existent. We have different laws and a different culture. If we have a beef then it most cases we don’t shoot each other. It’s usually settled with fists. Much better chance of survival there. There is murders in every country, even the great ones. crime organisations will never stop knocking off each other.
This is a murder for hire case and yep we have them or have had them but geez, compared to what happens in America, it’s a different world.
It just seems to be a less safe country as time goes by.
@@gingersmith2888 judging by population,, in 2017 The USA comes 4th in homicides in the world. El Salvador Honduras and it maybe Jamaica are just in front. The USA wouldn’t be in the safest 100 countries to live in.

Sth America the Caribbean and the USA. The USA isn’t even on the list of the 50 most safe countries in the world. I very much doubt it would be in the top 100 list either. Fact is, it isn’t a safe country or even close. Only bias or being naive would have you mention otherwise. I’m sure you love your country and fair enough. We don’t always like what is said about something we love or where we live.
As you would know, the serial killer has slowly been taken over by the mass shooter. I’m sure you are aware with that even without data. I love people and I love the world. I would love America to get better and be better.
