I booked Nokia 7.2 on the day it was launched, I didn't watched any review I just trusted the brand and bought the phone, it never disappointed me. It's HDR 10 display and camera both are best in class. I'm still using as my primary device.
The Nokia 7.2 is actually perform very well, it even beaten Moto Edge 30 in gsmarena low light low lux comparison. Maybe this Nokia X30 is continuing the legacy of Nokia 7.2. Nokia 7.2 was launched with the tagline of low light camera too. i have to admit when comes to low light Nokia 7.2 is really good. You can check out the gsmarena.
I'm typing with my Nokia 7.2 now. I've had it since December 2019, even before Covid Pandemic. I wasn't interested with expensive Iphone 10 or 11, cause I've trusted Zeiss camera for years and every good qualities Nokia have (without paying so much money for iphone). Bravo Nokia !!
Mine is Nokia 6.1 2018 still kicking and doing well. Tho battery is draining quick now, but the 18Watts charging making it still available to use throughout the day.

Still using Nokia 7 Plus, 3 years and still it's with me with my ups and downs. I was jaw dropped to its build quality, many times it fall down and only 2 time i took it to service centre. 1 time the battery got bulged and other time display gum was gone. Now I'm feeling kind of screen freeze while using, except that everything is still great. I don't want to abandon this phone, i will be keeping this as my secondary phone. Made like a tank 🔥

I've bought Nokia 8 about 4 years ago. Still using it today as primary device. No hickups. I'm not carrying no screen protector nor a case and the phone holds up like a champ! The only thing I worry about is the battery as battery life wasn't that great even when the phone was new, now it's not good at all, but thats to be expected after 4 years of use. In contrast with my previous phones I didn't have to reset the phone to factory defaults, I don't even know when I had to reboot it, it just works. Don't know how long till my Nokia 8 gives up, but until then I don't plan on buying a new phone. The X30 looks really good tho! :)
I had a Nokia 8 for the last 5 years. Superb phone! However the battery life in the last 6 months of use was getting too frustrating to continue with it. Shame as it is a great phone. But 5 years is pretty good. I've just bought the x30 as a replacement - hoping it is a sufficient replacement.
The day before yesterday I was searching my old storage and in them I found my mother's one of Nokia mobile. Man that thing obviously brings back memories.

I am Big Nokia Fan, all these years used more Nokia Phones, 2 other Brands. Presently using Nokia 6.1 Plus. Its Good Phone but 2 Flaws are - Battery bulged within 2.4 years. Worst being Charging Pin (it becomes loose making Charging a big headache). Hope this problem will not repeat in New Models. Waiting for its arrival into India. Please showcase X300 and Models too.
I love Nokia so much, my Nokia has lasted for more than 4 years with good battery life and everything! They are scamming you by making their products look worse, in reality it can last for more than 10 years if you handle them correctly.
Sure but would you really like to have the same smartphone for 10 years? I don't think changing the phone every year is good of course but 4-7 years is pretty good longevity in my book.

Got mine a week ago, the refresh rate is all over the place. Coming from a pixel 5, the pixel 5 doesnt just drop frames like the x30 does when going to recents, swiping to google discover feed, jumping out of camera etc. Software updates and optimisation is really really needed here.
Dear Nokia, I am writing this comment from my Nokia 4.2. It's been almost 2 yrs now. It still does my day to day chores. Battery backup is still on the spot. Camera is still brilliant for taking shots in normal lightning conditions. I do heavy gaming at low graphics settings, and it still delivers. Overall, the phones was worth the price. Now, please introduce better mid range smartphones in your array. The market is vast, and we haven't got any mid range killer from our fav brand!
I have been a fan of Nokia phones, and my last one was Nokia 8. I loved it... top specs! Regarding the chipset was way better than the current phone. And when I read the rumors about x30 I was excited! But no microSD slot is a big downside for me! Also no 4K and the chipset is weak compared to competitors and even compared to the old Nokia 8. This makes me sad because I was looking forward to new Nokia Upgrade: for its 3 year support, stock Android, great battery, good cameras and the new design is awesome! But no 4k and no microSD slot makes me to keep my money, because this phone is kind of expensive for what you get.
The chipset is NOT weaker The 695 5G is only bested by the two strongest 700 series chips The 800 series is overheating short lived garbage that only exists because they are cheaper to manufacture MicroSD removal isn't a let down either because they're completely pointless now, android had completely destroyed their usage by making it hard to write to them and computers don't even recognize them when connecting your phone up to a computer. Nokia is phasing out MicroSD because of this not because they want to remove the feature. Thanks to android 10 I now have to take the SD out of my X100, put it into a USB SD reader, plug it into my computer, transfer files, take it back out of the USB, and then out it back into my phone. And on top of that BECAUSE I removed the SD card everything in my phone that was there before gets reloaded and moved around. And not "just out it in developer mode" doesn't work anymore because Google has made Android even more restrictive it just reverts back. So until Nokia finishes building it's new OS there is no reason to have a MicroSD slot due to Google making it ten times harder to work with simply because they want everyone to stop using them

i understand, an oreo camera design will be very fit for a good camera like this. hopefully Nokia will reuse oreo camera design once again next year. I do like circular design too, but i see the worst kind of oreo design on other manufacturers too, that Honor X40 back design is totally ugly.

I've been using nokia phones from last 8 years and never got disappointed by the built quality and how reliable their smartphones are. my recent device is nokia 8 sirroco such and amazing phone that I end up buying tow of them so can use if one is broken. and to my surprise I'm still using the one I bought and another I gane it to my father, i'm still waiting nokia to stay and keep up with the market so I never have to switch to any other brand
Dear Nokia If you really want to increase the life of your devices and make your electronics eco-friendly then why don't you allow your users to unlock the boot locker. I used to have a Nokia 6.1 and in just 1.5 years it became super slow and unusable. I can't even install any custom ROM.
But you CAN put a custom boot loader on the 6.1 I have literally done it. Your phone has gotten slow because you haven't replaced any of the parts. Go buy a new battery and new PCB and your phone will be just as fast as the day you bought it, it's even cheap in India for the parts, extremely cheap
As long as there is Dev support after EOL, this phone will truly be sustainable because 3 years of supported update is pale in comparison to the competition

I just bought a Samsung S22 but I'm keeping my Nokia 7 Plus, though my brother is begging me to give it to him haha my nokia is really durable and still looks pretty after 3 years. Also it has a headphone jack unlike flagship phones these days. Also not much bloatware. I'll probably buy Nokia again in the future.

People are just buying phones looking at specs without gaining proper knowledge about the proper optimizations of the given specs. Nokia phones optimization is done really well. Even its midrange phones can compete with other flagship chinese phones. Nokia 7 plus, 7.2, 8.3 5g, xr 20, xr 21, and x30 5g are really good examples of Nokia's upper midrange phones. And now g42 5g carry good specs within its price among the competitors. That was really good move by Nokia.
Iam using nokia 6.1 plus from 5 years there is no lagging and experiencing silky smooth performance at time of purchase and upto now the only worry is updates provided 3 years only where other companies like Samsung provides 4 years that's the worry please update ur software policy for atleast 4 years. I've been using nokia phones from last 8 years and never got disappointed by the built quality and how reliable their smartphones are. my recent device is nokia 8 sirroco such and amazing phone that I end up buying tow of them so can use if one is broken. and to my surprise I'm still using the one I bought and another I gane it to my father, i'm still waiting nokia to stay and keep up with the market so I never have to switch to any other brand

Dear Nokia If you really want to increase the life of your devices and make your electronics eco-friendly then why don't you allow your users to unlock the boot locker. I used to have a Nokia 6.1 and in just 1.5 years it became super slow and unusable. I can't even install any custom ROM.
But you CAN put a custom boot loader on the 6.1 I have literally done it. Your phone has gotten slow because you haven't replaced any of the parts. Go buy a new battery and new PCB and your phone will be just as fast as the day you bought it, it's even cheap in India for the parts, extremely cheap
That blue logo NOKIA has something enchanting that still gives me a unique feeling that no other brand is able to give. Nokia is NOKIA.
As long as there is Dev support after EOL, this phone will truly be sustainable because 3 years of supported update is pale in comparison to the competition
Only companies that go over 3 years are Samsung and Apple.

@@avim4896 In usage without much gps it can last more than a day. Yesterday at 2am I had 22%. It's well balanced

I just bought a Samsung S22 but I'm keeping my Nokia 7 Plus, though my brother is begging me to give it to him haha my nokia is really durable and still looks pretty after 3 years. Also it has a headphone jack unlike flagship phones these days. Also not much bloatware. I'll probably buy Nokia again in the future.

People are just buying phones looking at specs without gaining proper knowledge about the proper optimizations of the given specs. Nokia phones optimization is done really well. Even its midrange phones can compete with other flagship chinese phones. Nokia 7 plus, 7.2, 8.3 5g, xr 20, xr 21, and x30 5g are really good examples of Nokia's upper midrange phones.
And now g42 5g carry good specs within its price among the competitors. That was really good move by Nokia.
Iam using nokia 6.1 plus from 5 years there is no lagging and experiencing silky smooth performance at time of purchase and upto now the only worry is updates provided 3 years only where other companies like Samsung provides 4 years that's the worry please update ur software policy for atleast 4 years. We love you nokia please speed up the launch of 5G phones in India.
