Spoiler > I'm aware I played this poorly towards the end. Just lucky the setup wsa too strong in the end. Probably can argue I should have just settled on the brick port instead of popping 3 times, but the main mistake was not playing a road builder and taking road sooner. Aswell as a couple bad blocks when black was so close to just taking road. My apologies lol Please flame me in the comments!
No actually I disagree, taking the brick port would have required you to 4:1 the wheat and draw no devs instead of the 3 which were instead crucial to pull ahead on army. Instinctively you never want to get plowed but in that particular situation I do believe 3 devs were better than a brick port because no one was fighting army yet so 3 devs could very well mean 2 points instead of the 1 got with the settlement. Had there been already someone ahead in army it would have been wrong. I believe the mistake was on the last turn, playing the knight before rolling. You may have wanted to play RB or mono instead, depending on what rolled, considering that once you got road, the knight would have won the game the next turn 100% anyways. Either way you were stacked and very likely to win.
Have been watching for a while and just wanted to say that I love your content. Love popping on one of your videos to chill and watch. Hell of a catan player too. Keep it up mate. Cheers from America
black sitting on 8 pts with just needing 1 road to win was super sketchy. thankfully green was paying attention and made it slightly harder for black at the end.

Should have connected before knighting, you were a cycle ahead of the army race and road was being contested. Lucky roll to win at the end

great game boss
I would've pointed right to the 12 11 I think. For that extra bit of ore and to be sure not to get plowed on the 6 5 11.
bro you had the 2 road dev at the end haha
you can only play 1 dev card per turn and he already playeed the knight
Why didnt you use your road builder?
Cool to see that loafes is also pretty elite at Catan. I know he is a beast at chess too

is this the steam version?
Hybrid?
Hidrid is the new meta!😅
Too many misplays phantom. In all recent games u are making way too many misplays. Try to concentrate more, and make more calculated decisions.
