Setting up Jellyfin on Docker using Ubuntu 21.10

To get some video files to play, you'll need to enable hardware configuration which is tricky to implement in a traditional virtual machine (VM). It should be done through a type I hypervisor like ESXi with a GPU pass through or it should be put on bare metal (not in a VM).
If you want to setup hardware acceleration, here are some methods: (1) make a Jellyfin docker container on your host OS and add the necessary --device lines in your docker run script. (2) Install it on a Pi and add the needed --device lines in the Docker run script.
