Hi I'm Wendy a resin artist and crafter.
In this video I am showing the easiest way I can think of to make a 'snow globe' or in this case a box.
I will explain about the way to achieve this and give other options on what to use for alternative forms. Hopefully this will inspire you to try something similar. Let your imagination fly.

That snow cube looks awesome,, and alot easier to work with,, and of course a lot more to see,,, little penguins 🐧 done this way with a christmas tree, a santa and house or cottage would look lovely too,, there are so many ways it can be done,,and aquarium scenes.and makes beautiful gifts,,and love this idea.😘👍⛄️☃️🎁🎄🧸

I love it! It turned out wonderful! Sanding the corners was the perfect finishing touch. I had an instant flashback to my childhood and our sweet little Christmas village that glowed from within. Every year we carefully unwrapped each piece and took our time arranging them. As a child I imagined the people who lived there, the men in their suits, hats and canes, the women in their long colorful skirts, feathered hats and button up shoes. I cherished that little village and your sweet little “snow box” took me back to that long ago memory.. and I still have a smile on my face. Thank you Wendy❤

When I was a child my father would get out the Christmas lights and spend hours getting them to work.
He would make a trip to the shop for bulbs as there was always one that didn’t work and that would stop the entire string.
We had some tiny Chinese lanterns lights that gave off such a beautiful glow of colour. And they were the ones I gazed at hanging across the room.
I loved those lights and for me, that was Christmas 😀😀😀

Really cute and resourceful! I've always loved snowglobes, some think they're kitschy but I don't care! I picked up a 1.50 euro dry snowglobe ornament at the store the other day. My plan is to unglue with acetone and craft a small diorama inside. Then re-glue globe and base. No snow, but maybe raining unicorns? I probably won't even finish it until next Spring 😵💫😻😬. Too much other stuff on my plate at the moment.

This is brilliant! 😍 Sanding the corners round and adding the frames were very good choices. I remember the galaxy coasters you made a while back and how you had to sand them too. I ordered the same mould then and first thing I did was a solid frame to keep it straight. I still haven't gotten around to use it though I have made a few of the inbeds...
