The universe science says was not always there, it had a beginning point, the big bang, meaning it was begun/initiated in other words created, thus there should be a creator,

& he repeat/redo things too, & thats clear, we see many cycles of different things in life, also in summer for example the desert land becomes like empty and is filled with only sand, and when rain falls in abundance in spring or winter, after that small flowers & wild plants grow again, also, we see how humans and animals grow and how their body is formed from the elements which were in the sand which plants feed on which they eat, and after they die they go to the sand and their atoms/elements are taken by plants which humans & animals eat and their bodies grow from those atoms & elements found in the sand which came from previous humans & animals which died before, so God can bring us again after we die even if our atoms became in the sand he can make us from the same atoms we were made of or from other atoms if he want or make us be in a spirit form or like ghosts, any ways, everything in this life is recycled, learn if you want about the different cycles in life in nature, the food cycle or food chain, the water cycle, even the gas cycle that makes the air the oxygen &carbon dioxide &nitrogen cycles, even the energy is like recycled but only changes from form to another form.
Anyways, God created this life but it's only a temporary sample/an example of a coming everlasting one
which could be either in heaven paradise or in hell.
If we try to be good humans in life, and try to obey God and his messengers-including the final messenger for all humanity the prophet Mohammed- and those whom rightly represent them, for example imam Ali & ahlulbayt the family/good descendants of the prophet mohammed, then we will all go to heaven/paradise, if not then we will go to hell fire and burn in it forever.

When I was in St Pete I enjoyed Teremok very much. It's very tasty and pretty healthy too. A decent amount of food and drinks too choose from. Both savoury and sweet blinis works for me just fine. Miss Russia!

Teremok looks so tasty and healthy, Lisa! I hope they will give expansion to the USA another chance someday! I would probably like the sweet flavors of blini the best because Nutella is my favorite flavor of crepes.

This is Russian fast food, not a restaurant. "Teremok" is a chain of fast food cafes.
Teremok was in NY. Teremok (in the original terem translates as "the living space of a house - usually on the second floor", but in modern Russian it means izba - a log cabin wooden house. - ok in the end means "little, cute") is chain - it mainly works in Moscow (their prices are a bit high for Russians outside Moscow and St. Petersburg.), but at one time Teremok also worked in New York! And yes, there is a lot of non-Western fast food in Russia - pancakes, pies, belyashi, chebureks, shaverma, pyan-se, bozos, manty, khinkali, elesh.... And we like canteens. Mostly these are not large chains, but individual cafes/points. And yes, it's much healthier than, than McDonald's) Try grechka, guys!)

I will list my maximum set of products when traveling to the supermarket. Of course, I usually already have about 30% of the list and don’t buy it. Before the holiday, on the contrary, delicacies can be added.
Lettuce, tomatoes, lemon, onions, garlic, potatoes, bell peppers, various greens. Regular cheese (Russian-made Gouda or Edam), stinky blue cheese, Brie/Camembert. Curd cheese with herbs. Ciabatta and Borodino bread.
Buckwheat, rice, pasta, salt, sugar, olive and regular sunflower oil, wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, cans of canned tomatoes, olives, a jar of capers. A pack of tea and a pack of coffee. Some kind of sauce for meat.
Eggs, milk, several packs of cottage cheese, sour cream, cream. A pack of dumplings. Meat for dinner, maybe meat for soup. Sausages. Lightly salted salmon.
4 liters of kvass. 2-4 bottles of wine.
Another lovely day in Moscow! Sad it was the last day. I had blini aboard the trans-Siberian railway, but did not have it with caviar. I actually don't like caviar. Waiting to see Vladivostok again! Lisa always looking so nice! It seems you are looking even better in Moscow!
I would respectably disagree of 5 x better than McDonalds, burger king and all that junk food, is 10 x better, when ever we landed in Sheremetyevo we headed to the teremok shop I wasn't keen on soups until I started visiting Russia.. good video!

Certainly, Russian cuisine is much healthier in the cafes and restaurants, and in general, than anything out west. One note - most of the neighborhood markets and grocery stores had a section with imported, processed crap from the USA - And nobody seemed to go near it. Good on you Russians! They know better. I'm lucky that I have a number of Russian/Ukrainian/Belarusian friends here in the US. I enjoy treats of homemade borscht and blintchik.

I do not think so. the taste of red caviar resembles the taste of slightly salted salmon, but the texture is certainly different.

Thanks. Yes the Russian fast food looks so much better. I must try to get caviar in the UK, 'I've never tasted it. Sad you have to leave Moscow soon. But I believe the past is as real as the present, so your younger self will always be there. In the same way, although my parents and grandparents are no longer with us, they are still alive in the past with me when I was younger. Sorry for sharing my confusing view of life and time, that raises more questions than answers😂❤
