I’ve also had my satin rollers for years, so glad I kept them now that my loose natural hair is now micro loc’d and the curls and bounce and get from these are so gorgeous and they last awhile too! I spray my distilled water and add some oil to it.

In the process of diy-ing my own soft curlers because I just so happen to have the materials on hand (pipe cleaners, quilted cotton, satin fabric and a sewing machine). Doing this because I tried pipe cleaners and took them out half way through install because they hurt. These feel great and I can't wait to curl mine and my daughter's hair
This is my favorite curls look. I use flexi-rods when I want this look. I start rolling about an inch or two away from my scalp to make sleeping in them pain free. You look gorgeous 😍❣️

These are bomb and I bought them because of you. I should have DEF left them in for two days cuz my hair is low porosity and was still slightly damp.
My hair takes forever to dry too! So I recommend spraying your hair with heat protectant spray and using a Bonnet Hair Dryer like this one to help speed up the drying process! amzn.to/3qgdb5J
@@ImaniGoodridge I’m gonna try this dryer because I have one that attaches to a handheld dryer and I can be under there for hours and the next day, still be damp. I gotta roll my hair two days before I need it haha thanks sugar!

Are they easy to sleep in?
Yes! They're way softer than perm rods. That's why they might be my favorite heatless curling methods.
