Phase one is frost it's the weakest of the three and it's only job is to keep the peace. Phase two is fire this is stronger than frost but when I go phase two I'm a but of a troublemaker. Finally phase three is where I get my name phase three is shadow this phase is the strongest in this phase I reach the speed of light, when this happens I crests what I call a "trinity boom"
