One thing I always loved about this song, is that they never really comment on how bad of a job the other ponies are doing at the others' jobs. They're just singing about how they are doing the best they can, but they need help to be better at it. And along the way, they learn what it is that they are meant to do. It always touches me. That, and whenever the people yell out Pinkie's name in sheer joy...yeah, that gets to me too.
