Which, I think, means that you believe the end of the story to be in poor taste because it is hurtful to the memory of Bea. But Bea said it. And it was funny. The other comments show that several people find it funny. Bea said it to be funny. The only thing hurtful & in poor taste is your hope that bad things are said about Alex after she dies.
