Hey man I'm debating this or aircraft mechanics, any thoughts? 18 months of school and part time job vs starting electrician next few weeks. Tough decision.
@@qigongkylar944 That’s a tough one, I would Pray on it he’ll lead you in the right direction. I Think both would be great honestly! Let me know which one you choose..🙏🏽
I would say electrician is more versatile in terms of packing up and starting in a new place or in the worst terms, finding a new job after layoffs or firing (which if you’re good and dedicated enough with good attendance then you have nothing to worry about). I think aircraft mechanics have a higher pay ceiling but it’s definitely hard and will take a while to get there, most likely more than a decade unless you have friends or family that owns a business related to aviation😅
@@saucyg6371 I'm agreeing. I take the aptitude test tomorrow to try to get into IBEW. otherwise I have another in to become electrician and train at WECA. So that's what I'll do. No night shift. More employers. Can go out on my own easier.
Hey i know this is dumb but im lost in life i want to be a electrician im barley going into my senior year and i dont know what to do after highschool i know i want to be a electrician but i dont know what to do to how to get their. Do you have any advice?
@@eddievelazquez3757 How you doing Eddie! First I would try to enjoy your senior year in high school & don’t stress too much about the other stuff. I would call some of your local electrical companies in your area & let them know you’re interested in becoming an electrical apprentice.
