There are so many decks where they just summon monsters xyz, synchro, fusion, normal sum, special sum they end up taking 5-10 min in one turn and when its your turn you can not do anything. how about this tfk exodia deck? but it has 3 conditions to work: 1- do not mind with banned cards or anything like that, lets suppose the game is on a time paradox that includes all times, lol (using post boc rules). 2- both need to start with at least 4000 lp. 3- u need to start the duel (pretty obvious since is a ftk deck) so heres the deck: exodia pieces 3x upstart goblin 3x pot of greed 3x graceful charity 3x card of sanctity 1x one day of peace 3x chicken race 1x pot of duality 3x card of variation 3x into the void 3x dark world dealings 3x allure of darkness 1x disgraceful charity 3x hand destruction 2x card destruction just used card destruction cause it only permit have 1x one day of peace in deck. cards like card destuction, hand destruction, dark world dealing, allure of darkness and graceful charity, allow u to draw, but u must discard as well. thats why i put isgraceful charity, cause even thought is a trap, can be used as a part of a chain with another magic card. it permit u recover all the cards removed in this turn by the effect of a magic card and since all the cards are discarded by magic cards effects, the entirelly graveyard come to the hand. its perfectlly recomendable u activate it when u have exodia peaces in hand or/and in graveyard. chicken race allows u to draw 1 card by paying 1000 lp. thats why u need at least start with 4000 lp (ok 3001, but if u pay attention all the lp are 2000 and then multiplied by 2, like 4000, 8000, 16000 and so on). card of sanctity is ideal if u have 6 (counting with card of santity) or less cards in ur hand. otherwise, it ideal to discard. the others are a part of free draw mechanic.
One thing that might help is having one or two Magical Abductors. They're from the hew set Clash of Rebellions, and they would work with this deck. You can remove three spell counters from them in order to add a Level 1 Spellcaster from your deck to your hand, not to mention they get one spell count every time a spell is activated as well as 100 more ATK and no limit on how many spell counters. But you can only use the search ability once per turn.
you know, i actually don't like the way when people are using the same cards over and over in there decks. thats just the ''easy'' way to win a duel and there is no fun with it. i like my deck when there are different monsters which are connected to my spell and traps. you know, like how they do it in the series.
Supertyam kun Because people usually make these decks to win duels. Sure, it's not as fun but you have a much better win-rate than you do with decks that use 1 of every card. Don't get me wrong, I make decks all the time like my Elemental HERO Deck that only uses 3 Polymerization as the only multiple card I run in the Deck and it's fun as hell, but it doesn't win consistently so I use it against my friends.
Supertyam kun and I don't like how most cards are target to the specifically name of monsters instead of types of monsters. Example, The Six Samurai or Elemental HERO. I have 3 decks (Spellcasters, Warriors, and Dragon), and it is so hard to find the cards I want to power up my decks.
Sarg ent If someone uses Mind Crush why not call a piece of Exodia? Then it is most likely GG, unless they play cards to get cards back from the grave to hand.
+TheMadWasp You can still run a single one in it and have it be viable. This is so since you can only use it once per turn, and it usually helps dig deeper into the deck and get what you need
I like the idea here. I would kind of like to get an Exodia deck to play with since I haven't played since I played Exodia WAY back in the day, but searching around, I found that Upstart Goblin was put on the limited list. Any suggestions for replacing two of those in the deck?
amending my earlier comment that may of caused confusion when i said you had to give your opponent a turn, that was only meant as if you had all 5 pieces as your first 5 cards you start with, after that no you dont have to give them a turn, once you got exodia thats game. It was only if your first 5 are all 5 pieces of exodia do you have to give them a drae phase. My sincerest apologies for any confusion i may have caused.
This'll have to be renamed to the First Move First Turn Kill. Because there are cards coming out that just laugh at this deck, soon, you'll have to move first in the first match, and if you can't, your opponent can just summon any of your pieces to his side of the field for 2000 LP.
nice deck but I win to easily if I get a card that negates all spells the turn u are activating them I win cards that do that are dark bribe it may aloy u to draw a card but puts a bump in ur plan heavy spell is not the way to go or if someone gots a monster that doesent alow spells to b activated while its on the field

Anthony Herzog Of course you can summon monsters on your first turn. You have no battle phase and can not attack your opponent directly. But can summon them, use their effect, use them for other special summons (first turn Evilswarm Ophion and Cyber Dragon Infinity welcome you)... I don't know any time when this wasn't possible in YGO.

A pot of duality might be better than reload, just saying, reload can easily be replaced by a third magical mallet

you draw off Cards of Consinance and then Search...you cant interupt plays like that

You can also use Destiny monster in this deck because you can active destiny draw which let you discard destiny monster and draw two card.
I got something for that deck Anti-Spell Fragrance. Just gotta pray I go first and get it first hand lol
You could replace Reload with Pot Of Duality, that card is not limited and can have 3 in the deck.

If your opening hand has you the win condition; the game ends right there, Regardless of who's going first.
