Caillou lost his temper and wrecked the kitchen with a hammer. His eyes fell on Rosie, sleeping. He goes quickly to pinch her cheek again and Kate, causing them to cry. D.W. intercepted him from poor Rosie.
"Why do you bully Rosie?" D.W. demanded.
"No reason, I just love hearing her cry. Again, it makes me feel good to see and hear Rosie cry. Seeing Rosie cry satisfies me. Hearing Rosie cry is like music to ears. Guess what, you're no different. You even caused Kate cry." Caillou grinned.
"Listen to yourself! DO YOU EVEN REALISE HOW YOU SOUND LIKE? YOU EVEN BULLIED KATE." D.W. reminded.
"I HAD TO. ROSIE AND KATE ARE ANNOYING AND ARE SELF-CENTRED, JUST LIKE YOU." Caillou shouted.
"JUST LIKE ME?! WHAT ABOUT YOU?! HOW DO YOU THINK ROSIE WOULD FEEL?"
"THINGS WERE GREAT UNTIL THAT SPOILED BRAT, ROSIE TOOK OVER." Caillou shouted.
"Listen, I get why you didn't want Rosie. Why you started a riot. I mean, if I had to live with memories of being in your shadow? I would've eaten a gun a long time ago." said D.W.
He briefly calmed down when Rosie showed up and attempted to bring Caillou into an embrace, trying to calm her brother's violent breakdown. However, Caillou threw her to the ground and again beat her, causing D.W. to come to her rescue. As she started crying, Caillou started enjoying it. While distracted, D.W. pinned Caillou to the ground. Before he almost pinched D.W.'s cheek, she grabbed his hand and bit it, causing Caillou to howl in agony and later slapped D.W. The fight became intense.
Both their parents, ran to save D.W. from Caillou. Groupe de la Police militaire des Forces Canadiennes arrive and confront Caillou who leapt onto one of the police, while wailing.
"POLICE, HELP! D.W. IS BULLYING ME."
"What are you doing onto me?" one of the military police member questioned.
"DID YOU NOT HEAR? THAT BULLY IS ASSAULTING ME." Caillou insisted.
"Aren't you the troublemaker with bald head that started riots?"
Caillou challenged them.
"WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? ARREST ME?!"
Callou's sees Rosie and Kate, and again, beat them.
"TRYING TO BE THE CENTRE OF ATTENTION? I WAS MY PARENTS' FAVOURITE UNTIL YOU STOLE EVERYTHING FROM ME."
Caillou's parents intervened.
"Caillou, come with us home!"
"No!"
"What did you just say?"
"NO! I WON'T. MOMMY, DADDY, ALL I WANTED WAS TO BE WITH YOU. I WANTED IT TO BE JUST ME WITH YOU, BUT YOU LOVE THAT CRYBABY. ARE YOU THAT BLIND?! You must've thought, "As long as I face the future, I can be better! I can tell you're at a loss for words, so here's the answer! The past never dies! Get it yet!? Y'reap what you sow! Let's tango, you and me!! A dance with your son, here in hell!!"
As Caillou saw Arthur's parents, he ran to attack them. D.W. was frightened of his high level of violence. The military police arrested the whiny, destructive and vitriolic brat. As he was shoved into the van, Caillou wailed.
"HEY, LET ME GO! LET ME GO! DAMN POLICE! YOU RUINED EVERYTHING. THINGS WERE GOING WELL UNTIL THOSE CRYBABIES - ROSIE, D.W. AND KATE CAME INTO THE SCENE. I LOVE TO SEE BABIES ESPECIALLY THOSE TWO CRY. THAT'S VERY SATISFYING. MISS MARTIN IS GOOD AT ADULT ENTERTAINMENT. CLEMENTINE STAYS IN THE GHETTO. SARAH AND THOSE IN CHINATOWN SHOULD BE TAKEN OUT. LEO REMINDS ME OF ROSIE, BECAUSE OF HER HAIR. MY PARENTS FAILED ME AS PARENTS, JUST LIKE HERS."
As the van left, his violent behaviour was reduced to sadness.
"I just wanted... to be happy..."
D.W., Rosie and Kate are assured by the military police that they will be safe in a refuge where all children (neglected, victims of domestic violence, child marriage, bride kidnapping, etc...) under guardianship of Miss Martin. The police arrested Caillou's parents and those of D.W. for their failure of raising their children.
On his way to jail, Caillou had no recollection of how many he had killed and injured.
