    In TN we call this,more kuzhambu.Instead of making coconut paste we saute the coconut initially.Red chilli,mustard,hing,curry leaf tadka is added last.Insread of bhindi we can add pumpkin without frying and cook/boil along with diluted churned curd.

      Hi. In Kerala we make a lot of curd and coconut based recipes for special occasion and festivals and it’s noticed that they taste better the next day 😀
