I went through a breakup a few years ago as well. We were together for 7 years and WOW. That was definitely the hardest thing I’ve ever had to go through, so watching this took me back to the days where I had to force myself to eat something everyday. Crying everyday for months and months and wondering when the pain was gunna go away. But let me be your proof that time heals. Remind yourself that everything happens for a reason and be patient. All the advice you gave is SO TRUE. Be kind to yourself especially during this hard time. And years later, I still think about my ex and the love we shared but I wouldn’t be the person I am today if we were still together, so hang in there.

I’m going through a break up too of 5 years- since I was 17, I’m 22 now. I realized we were totally different, I had to chose myself and my future, so I broke up with him, things weren’t how they used to be and I outgrew him. It’s incredibly hard even though I did it, I cry everyday and I have severe anxiety because of it. This video helped me a lot because I woke up today feeling so bad. I have nothing but love for him, it’s so hard because he was the only thing I knew, I was so dependent on him. I’m proud of myself I made that decision because a few years ago I couldn’t have, I didn’t have many friends. It’s only been 2 months and it sucks but time will heal and I know it will get better eventually.

I tried so hard at first to not cry and just hold it in - obviously didn’t help at all. Now I have a good relationship with it where I let myself feel and ride the wave, then after I feel sooooo much better and go about my day. It comes it waves and I am okay with that ❤️🩹

I just got out of a breakup last week, we were dating for practically a year and a half and so much of it was so toxic and mentally and physically draining for the two of us. It was really hard letting him go but we eventually did make the mature decision to finally end things once and for all. Girl everything u described in this video has been me for the past four months. It’s so hard to heal but everyday you grow and really take time to understand who u are! I was with my ex for four years and have known him for eight years of my life so it’s been tough. Just know everyday is a fight in your own mind and u have to be strong enough to not dwell on the past and your expectations and start focusing on how u are moving on to better and bigger things and people in ur life !

Oh girly, how I feel your pain. Went through a break up in October of last year. Still feeling the pangs of pain from time to time as memories come to and from. Alot of what you said at the end had me sobbing like a baby. It's tough but we'll be okay. One step in front of the other and always remember to breathe at times you forget to. Love you girl!
