Hi, I'm struggling to get a clear picture. I think Google translate is not helping. I beleive you mean heating matrix in the cab when you say stove, but I'm not sure. Also I'm not familiar with webasto setting, sorry

I have an outlet from the tee to the webasto, from the webasto to the stove and from the stove to the tee, where you have a plug.

All the hose clamps came off easily and I have refused them, no issues with them

I've got topdon obd can elite, it's about 6/7 years old now. It still does the job. It worked well on Fiat Ducato, Peugeot boxer, jeep grand Cherokee and Chrysler 300c( both with Merc engines), Peugeot 107, 207, mini one, Subaru forester and few more
Scanner cost me about £80 back then. They do different models now. I tried to look for what I think it would be today's equivalent to it and found this one on Amazon

It actually can do few more things than my old one
