As for the quality, I can't really say one way or the other as I'm not an expert and this is the only one I've ever had/ used. That said, like I said in the video, I've only ever had one issue with it, and they literally got back to me within hours. Also, I've been using it a good bit for almost a year and haven't had any other issues with it yet, so my experience is the opposite of yours. I've been very happy with the one I have.
