Exploring Icelandair's Saga Class Lounge at Keflavik Airport in Iceland

- Welcome to the chic and comfy business class lounge of Icelandair in Reykjavik. Even though we're not regulars in business lounges, it's obvious that Icelandair's Saga Lounge is of a respectable standard. It embodies the sleek yet natural grace of Icelandic design. Plenty of cozy seating that ranges from private to communal. Huge stones decorate the lobby like monoliths, toasty gas fireplaces are centerpieces and there are self-serve espresso bars scattered throughout the lounge. Spacious shower rooms are available that feature soaps from the Blue Lagoon. We loved the bountiful tapas selection. It would be easy to make a full meal of all the little bites and there is plenty to imbibe as well from abundant self-serve bar areas. This visit was a great way to chill for a bit before we hopped on the plane back home.

We're fortunate our credit cards give us some free lounge entries so we use them on our travels. Having a shower in the lounge is awesome, we did that in Barcelona and it was very convenient as we spent the day on the beach so we were able to fly fresh afterwards 😊
That's the ultimate luxury--feeling fresh while traveling. Just to be clear, the lounge filled up a lot by the time we left. I think there are waves of departures at the Iceland airport and we sorta snuck in before most people arrived. But even as it got more crowded there was still plenty of breathing room.
Thank you so much for making this video. My 8 year old and I are flying Saga Class next month. I had checked my amex for lounge access and didn't see any. I hadn't realized lounge access comes with the Saga class ticket. Super excited!
Oh wow, what a fun discovery to realize that the lounge is included!! It's seriously worth setting aside a couple of hours to just hang out and enjoy the food and views. We are so excited for you two flying next month!

We head straight to the food every time we go into a lounge. We always rate them based on of that. A pile of donuts is an understatement! It's definitely a MOUNTAIN!!!! Love that there is a shower there too! We did that once and it was the most luxurious thing! We did it in the Centurion Lounge in San Fran. BLUE LAGOON so fancy. And the spread that you guys
Pinkies up! We've tried to do a shower before, but the timing has never been quite right. We had a layover in Taiwan and found the lounge, but just needed more time than we had. Lounge food is so fun. We've never done the Centurion Lounge before... good to know about it. Yes! The Blue Lagoon is swanky. We loved how there was plenty of room in the water even with all the people. I think I have a little of Home Simpson in me 'cuz I love me some pink donuts!

How much time did you have between flights?
😂 sometimes those alcohol fumes can be intense! We didn't actually have a layover, this lounge visit was at the end of our weeklong trip to Iceland. We came to the airport about 3 hours before our flight because we knew we wanted to spend a good amount of time in the lounge. The time flew by while we were there. It's a gorgeous spot to spend a few hours

That was us until a year and a half ago. You can find really good prices for a day pass to different lounges sometimes. For example, because we have an Alaska Air credit card, we can get a pass to their lounges for $25 each for the day. We hope you can make it happen
