I have the Tribit and the Soundcore. Both are great speakers for the price, but the Tribit is slightly louder without distortion and more powerful bass than the Soundcore. I’m a bass heavy listener, so the Tribit wins for me. I listen to the Soundcore mostly at lower volumes indoors.
Fair enough! I wouldn't take this video as your only sound reference (I also thought the Soundcore speaker sounded slightly more harsh than it does in real life). But Tribit definitely has the smoothest and most relaxing sound
I have the Tribit Stormbox blast and the JBL boombox 3, and to my ears the Tribit sounds fuller with rich bass and all around clarity, not to mention I get 16 hour battery at 50-70% volume with no need for XBass and with the silly battery draining lights OFF It’s such a phenomenal speaker that I bought FOUR Tribit Stormbox Blasts!!!!
I have 2 of the zealot s67 and they are great I find they distort with bad quality music but when I try some high quality music sounds perfect right up to full volume
Let's be honest, hi-res audio is practically irrelevant for this kind of speaker. None are physically good enough to take any advantage of it. They're made for fun at low cost, and practicality, volume and ruggedness are what counts. Things like bass and battery life. Soundcore wins here honestly.
I agree about the high-res situation. But surely under your criteria the StormBox could also win? Bass, volume and ruggedness would all go in favour of it
I have two Tronsmart speakers which I use when I have Company. I think they're just great and the price was right. I should add Company does not equal a "party".
Outstanding video. All I ever hear is how great the Blast is and I just never saw that. All anyone talks about is the bass but it's like they don't care about the rest of the audio spectrum. I purchased the Boombox 3, Motion Boom Plus and Blast. It was pretty quickly that I decided the Tribit was not the speaker I wanted. It was dull when compared to the other two.The Boombox was better sounding than the MB+ but not by that much. I did purchase the BB3 but just because I got it at an incredible price.
The fact that u can throw the boom Box (boom plus ) down a river go catch it at the other end and it’ll still be bumpin. And not break. Is crazy to me that it sounds so good. U should do this now with the upgraded version of the tronsmart bang

Tribit is almost heavy enough to not be in the “portable “ speaker as well as the charger 🔌 Making it a less likely to be my grab & go speaker. But it does have a very cool design and. A nice bass up mode. (I had the motion boom Plus long before the Tribit and the bang upgraded is still fairly new. ) so I favor it a bit more based on that alone. But I’d agree with your assessment on all 3 indoors. Motionboom plus sounds best for me. I’ll see how my opinion changes over the summer since I’ll have the tribit and the bang outdoors much more then I have so far
stormbox has dropped its price by a lot and hasn’t gone back up in months (150$) on Amazon us , soundcore MB+ bounces around a lot but makes it’s Way back to original price Of 180 after it’s discounted price eventually. But goes down to 160$ a lot after awhile. .. Tribit started out at 260$? I think they made the right call lowering the price. That’s when it caught my attention and I made a purchase. The upgraded bang is definitely the budget option. But as I said I’ve had the motion boom + since it’s official release. I think I’d wind up choosing that for most situations. Great video. I’m curious what you’d have to say when comparing the Halo100 to the upgraded bang (both 60w) both BT5.3. But halo is a different design. I have that as well (it’s warming up and I’ll get these all outside alot more soon and see how all 4 can sound and how useful they’d be at a backyard BBQ or party. ) I haven’t gotten the halo100 outside as much as I’d of liked to so far. For some reason im faster to turn on one of the other 3 when listening indoors 🤔
For 60w. Budget wise. Bang upgraded 100$. U cabt go wrong. Between soundcore motion boom plus and the Tribit (the better two ) it depends what you want out of your speaker. 5 pounds Tribit which gives the biggest bass out of all others. I’d say. For me. Stormbox blast first 2nd motion boom plus then bang only because it’s 60w. Has a very loud bass though. The motion boom plus. Seems to have the clearest Widest soundstage However Tribit just blows the others away

I have the motion +, that thing amazed me so much I am literally awaiting my delivery of the motion boom plus right now...........watching UPS drive all over town on their app as I write this. The dude has gone near my house twice and then across town twice.

Really who is gonna buy 100 speakers.. 90% of people will buy one, while the other 9.5% will buy maybe two…you get the point! So stereo pairing would be the optimal scenario! As for speaker phone, I have an original JBL xtreme in my kitchen which has an outstanding speaker phone capability, to which I use often . Even when making phone calls for family business or talking to family and friends while cooking , it’s phenomenal! But , I bought and am not upset with my purchase of the Tribit storm box blast. Why choose the Tronsmart Bang (60w) instead of the Trinsmart Force Max(80w) to compare against two speakers that are higher powered & higher priced? Especially when the Force Max can be had in the $110-$135 range and is a better comparison?
The HK Go Play 3 is the best at the moment. It's better in every way, lows and highs. If you can get it for around the £200 mark or less forget the rest.
it is hard to get tribit for under 200 dolars , but very easy to get soundcore. Every tronsmart is bad in my opinion. it is many comparisons tribit vs soundcore and everytime tribit win, soundcore is ok and cheaper, but sometimes better to get 2xsoundcore booms than 1x boom plus
I would personally get 1 stormbox. I think 1 speaker gives a more reliable experience than 2 speakers. One speaker is so loud that it should be enough for most situations - and 1 speaker is obviously easier to manage than 2
I would go with a StormBox just because you mentioned loudness. I said in the video at higher volumes the Tronsmart speakers can get a little harsh, so for higher volumes I think a stormbox is better
Soundcore and tronsmart tends to have a brighter audio signature which is i dont like because im treble sensitive , and base on this review it can go sibilant and harsh for some female vocal tracks .. its leaning forward vocals and lacks mids bass and sub bass .. good thing i ordered tribit stormbox blast last 3.3 .. it has more balanced sound and punchier and deep bass comparable to JBL boombox 2
Still watching the video but the Soundcore Motion Boom Plus only supports Partycast and Partycast 2.0 I tried just to double check and each unit still is playing LR as far stero mode goes
Still not sure what you mean. But if you’re referring to TWS, it definitely supports that too. Both TWS and PartyCast options are there, so you can have stereo separation of L and R across two speakers or both speakers playing both channels. TWS mode is also briefly shown during this video
@@insidetechltd Yes I was referring to TWS and if you just pause the zombie unit and control it on its own while partycast 2.0 is in use the other unit in my testing is still playing stereo. Unless there's a different way do if so please let me know the directions but you may just be hearing the crossover between the 2 units
I don't understand the issue, sorry. If you're trying to use TWS, you need to turn off PartyCast mode. Best reach out to Soundcore if you're having trouble with the pairing and controls
I think you'd get the first JBL Boombox for like under $200 but I really think the JBL Boombox should be in this video due to the fact I understand under $200 but it would be more in the depth video of the rest of the speaker sound like I have the soundcore select Pro and this thing has so much power like even louder than the Harman Kardon Onyx 5 that is just sad

I have the motion boom plus and use it for sports at school. It fills the gym pretty good. I would say it is pretty clear on sound.

Soundcore and tronsmart tends to have a brighter audio signature which is i dont like because im treble sensitive , and base on this review it can go sibilant and harsh for some female vocal tracks .. its leaning forward vocals and lacks mids bass and sub bass .. good thing i ordered tribit stormbox blast last 3.3 .. it has more balanced sound and punchier and deep bass comparable to JBL boombox 2
Yes, if you're treble-sensitive then Tribit makes the most sense 👍🏼
That's why the soundcore has an eq if it's harsh make an eq that suits you
Still watching the video but the Soundcore Motion Boom Plus only supports Partycast and Partycast 2.0 I tried just to double check and each unit still is playing LR as far stero mode goes
100% supports Partycast 2.0. It’s on the website. I’ve done it, I’ve done it in the video briefly too

Still not sure what you mean. But if you’re referring to TWS, it definitely supports that too. Both TWS and PartyCast options are there, so you can have stereo separation of L and R across two speakers or both speakers playing both channels. TWS mode is also briefly shown during this video
@@insidetechltd Yes I was referring to TWS and if you just pause the zombie unit and control it on its own while partycast 2.0 is in use the other unit in my testing is still playing stereo. Unless there's a different way do if so please let me know the directions but you may just be hearing the crossover between the 2 units
I don't understand the issue, sorry. If you're trying to use TWS, you need to turn off PartyCast mode. Best reach out to Soundcore if you're having trouble with the pairing and controls
for its price i think tronsmart bang win tronsmart bang was almost half of the price of those two
I think you'd get the first JBL Boombox for like under $200 but I really think the JBL Boombox should be in this video due to the fact I understand under $200 but it would be more in the depth video of the rest of the speaker sound like I have the soundcore select Pro and this thing has so much power like even louder than the Harman Kardon Onyx 5 that is just sad
There were no JBL Boomboxes available for under $200 for me - that's why they don't feature
