- Remanufacturing Samsung toner cartridge MLT-D105, 1052L, for use in ML 1910, ML 1915, ML 2525W, ML 2580N, SCX 4600, SCX 4623F, SF 650, SF 650P and others.
Standard cartridge (MLT-D105S) is rated for 1500 pages.
High yield cartridge (MLT-D105L) is rated for 2500 pages.
OEM chips are regional, so be sure to get the proper chip for your country.
A 1000 page starter cartridge is shipped with new machines.
Required Tools and Supplies
- Screwdriver
- Needle nose pliers
- Blade or Knife
- Toner for use in Samsung ML-1910
- Chip (make sure you have the correct region chip)
- Drum (optional)
- Isopropyl alcohol
Repetitive defect:
Drum: 75,6 mm
Supply roller: 49,0 mm
Transfer roller: 47,0 mm
Charge roller: 37,5 mm
Developer roller: 35,0 mm
Upper fuser roller: 77,5 mm
Lower fuser roller: 75,4 mm
Printing a Test Page:
1. With the printer in "READY" state, press and hold "Cancel" button for about 2 seconds until the status LED blinks slowly.
2. Release the button.
Printing a Configuration Page:
1. With the printer in "READY" state, press and hold "Cancel" button for about 5 seconds until the status LED blinks fast.
2. Release the button.
Printing a Cleaning Page:
1. With the printer in "READY" state, press and hold "Cancel" button for about eight seconds until the status LED blinks fast.
2. Release the button.
Printing a Supplies Status Page:
1. With the printer in "READY" state, press and hold the "Cancel" button for about ten seconds until the status LED blinks fast.
2. Release the button.

which foam roller?
@@viandant5 Spong roller the thinnest .....aslo called supply roller.
That roller bring the toner near the developer roller. The cartridge could work for some time

Try to clean the paper roller with water or alcohol. Samsung has the paper roller near the paper cassette
