The Perfect Garden Room in Oxford
Mark contacted us because he wanted a Garden Room to add more living space to his family home in Oxford.
Following a site meeting and a survey, we worked up the specifications and provided him with plans that would provide him with everything he needed.
Mark settled on a 5 x 6 metre Garden Room with 2.4m bi-fold doors, vision panel and letterbox windows and an opening window for the built-in bathroom. For the colour scheme he chose a contemporary grey theme, and we matched the composite wood exterior cladding, laminate flooring and interior walls accordingly.
Other features included air conditioning, a bar with shelving and a drinks fridge, lighting for a pool table, wifi, TV socket and exterior mood lighting
Since the new Garden room is at the end of Mark’s garden, to get the electrics and plumbing there from the house we carefully removed and stored the established patio and re-laid it when the room was completed.
