    Thanks for this informative tutorial, Adam! Just a tip, since this is a winback campaign, there are chances that some leads have changed email or have gone dormant, especially if they are business emails. Feel free to use a data appending tool to get the most updated contacts of past leads.

    Nice video Adam:) Quick question... let's say they convert on email 2, that means they haven't gone through the whole flow so their tag hasn't updated and therefore stuck with the 'active' tag. What do you do about this?

      Hey Zac, we have the 'Timer-Based Tag Removal Flows and Segments for this' , which is based on x amount of time/days/date when a tag is applied and should be removed (regardless of whether they remain in or out of the flow).

      @@MagnetMonster Thanks for the reply, I will look into this. Didn’t think there was a way round it, so I took all the tags out of my flows, but would be good to do this to exclude these people from campaigns :)

    Hi Adam, great video! I am also curious to know how you crated the Customer/Winback as Active? could you explain?

      Hi Chen, this is done by creating a custom property in Klaviyo and then updating it upon finishing the flow.

      I'm a bit confused as well... I know how to create it but ...when we create the custom property does that automatically insure that wont receive any regular campaigning ? Or is there something else that needs to be done? Thank you for the video's I'm loving it!!

    Hi Adam, with the custom properties, say for example someone converts on email 3 and gets taken out of the flow, will they be stuck with the win back flow as active and forever be kept out of campaigns? Can’t find a solution to this anywhere!

      Hi Joe, assume you're talking about with the custom properties? This is done simply by creating/updating them at each stage of the flow depending on entrance/exit.
