    Hi Emiel, i need your help . I have a client and he sells both to retail and wholesaler he wants me create flows for wholesaler but what i dont know how to differniate who is reatailer and who is wholesaler one thing i can do is to add tags for wholesale but how will klaviyo know that this is a wholesaler, he has a website on shopify. I cant refuse to this job becasue i am also learning email marketing and what better way to learn than to do it practically. can you please help me out with this.

      Hey! As you said you can use tags. So tag wholesale users. After that you can make segments based on the tags and you can also use flow filters that exclude or include tags, like the wholesale tag.

      @@magicianemieldingemans no i get thay but i want to know how will klaviyo know that this person is a whole sale purachser not a retail purchae i dont want to add manual tagiing is there a way that when they purchase product from shopify, then shopify add this tag to them so klaviyo can know that this is a whole saler?

      @@magicianemieldingemans hi i am having an issue and i thought you are the only person who can help me with this my issue is abandoned cart flow. It's firing even if people have purchased and is firing multiple times (ie if a user goes to the site, adds products to cart and abandons twice, they'll end up getting two abandoned cart emails.
