The 2024 Volvo C40 Recharge Has A Swedish Vibe And More Range

For 2024, Volvo adds 31 miles of range to the C40 Recharge EV. The trick? New more efficient motors. The single motor version is now rated to travel nearly 300 miles on a charge. Tom Voelk checks out an AWD twin motor Ultimate C40 Recharge (rated at 257) in Silver Lake paint with the optional Midnight Zinc wool blend upholstery (and no, it doesn’t itch). With Seattle temperatures in the low 30’s, it’s a great range and charge test.

An excellent review and spot on regarding the need for a rear wash wipe. I am looking forward to mine being delivered next Tuesday, it is just over six months old with less than 200 miles recorded and was a demonstrator at my local dealer in the UK.
