Xavi would be a great Manager, would usher in the New regime and evolution of the former Counterattacking United into the New world of possession football. 💯 perfect fit ! Would love to see a few more Spanish players in United.
Finally targeting a young emerging manager. Already won La liga against the best team in the world. Has a clear recognisable style that would be enjoyable for fans
United's largest mistake was in 2009 after we got dominated by Barcelona. Football changed that season and for some reason (despite us getting taught a lesson) we ignored it. Now City have 5 titles on the bounce and a treble 15 years later on our doorstep. It was always easier to brush off as Barcelona or Spanish football years back pretending English people play the game different.
I think this is a great video and should spark a debate that will expose the truth hidden behind the divide in United’s Fanbase Evolution to Possession vs continuation of Counterattacking football Every manager has failed since Ole to change the style of football at United. Ralf got 45mins and imho ETH got 2 games at the start of his tenure. Quoting ETH, ‘I can’t make united play like Ajax’ This Fanbase is split, some want to return to double pivot/Counterattacking football because it suits there favourite players. Some want to evolve from the basic Counterattacking style knowing that it will never win United titles. Ineos have a bigger job on their hands than they would’ve expected. The mindset shift isn’t just players it’s the Fanbase too Xavi’s a good fit for what Ineos want to achieve.
Adam's book *Alex* that is displayed just above his left shoulder in his studio is the reason why the United manager's job is such a poisonous chalice 😫
Least get xavi tactics 4-3-3 cruyff style, asymmetry on the wings, possession based tactical thinking coach, will always overload oneside of the pitch, players will create space with constant movement. That is xavi, and he didn't fail at Barcelona, it was a mess since the club is in debt, just sold Messi, he is responsible for what you see now. He did okay and proved he could manage Barcelona, I have watch games in Barcelona since frank rajkard the days of eto and Ronaldinho, then came pep, who rebuilt the barca team using youth and sold the stars. Adam Barcelona is nothing like united it political and every word you say is counted, you are on board with catalan or not
He wanted to step down at Barcelona and then got sacked .why would we want him.what has he won.adam you keep talking his credentials, what are they.your talking bullxxxx
Why can't Ineos uncover a previously obscure management gem? Why go for retreads and rejects from other top tier clubs? If Brighton, Liverpool and Chelsea can identify formerly obscure manager talent is this beyond Ineos? Tired of this predictable and endlessly unproductive linear thinking.
Pliz Noo.... Hansi Flick is proving that Xavi was a mediocre manager/coach The players he fell out with and wanted out of the club, Raphinha and lewandowski are currently two of their best performers
Won't end until ten hag is gone. He's not got the majority of fans behind him anymore. He's getting sacked because we are not improving under him which means he's not under any circumstances going to keep his job. Its just facts.
He would be able to coach this team into play possession based attle of football that's the whole point of bringing him in we lack coaching a more experienced manager like Carlo Ancelloti or someone else need to find the building blocks already there they aren't managers who build something from scratch but rather get you over the line
@Harbaksh1234 imho Xavi is exactly the type of manager that Ineos need to start their new project. He fits the new desired style of possession, as an ex player and coach who has been born and bred into Barcelona’s style of football bringing his wealth of experience and I don’t see which player would ever dream of disrespecting arguably one of the world’s best ever CAM’s to ever play the game. When fans talk about backing a manager, this would be the type of manager that would actually deserve the full backing of the fans and board. No one would expect Xavi to win the league immediately as he would need a few players to match and more importantly coach the entire squad into a possession based mindset. United should definitely do whatever it takes to get him as playing 4-3-3 from youth team to 1st team would be a huge step in the right direction to completely overhauling the downfall of United.
Xavi as United Manager, would you take him?
Wrong xavi.
The right one at Bayern Leverkusen
We would be crazy not to take him, if he's willing to come to us
@@MzaidMz-e7pthat’s Xabi not xavi
You get my point. But yeah Xabi Alonso wouldn't want to leave his team. In my honest opinion ten hag should stay put
Xavi it’s old saying paper doesn’t reject ink non story

10:30 exactly
Ten haag would be sacked twice this season if it was in real madrid or barcelona
Finally targeting a young emerging manager. Already won La liga against the best team in the world. Has a clear recognisable style that would be enjoyable for fans
And copa del ray
I’d stick him in the midfield
Walk in our midfield 😂

Xavi with his sidekick inesta who is doing his badges as his no 2 sounds good to me
Content improving ✅
Barca is a toxic club with a corrupt hierarchy. That environment is a huge reason Xavi.wanted to leave.
A choice between hope with Xavi and no hope with Erik......that's a tough one!
Adam's book *Alex* that is displayed just above his left shoulder in his studio is the reason why the United manager's job is such a poisonous chalice 😫
I've got a bet on Xavi at 60/1..... SIGN HIM UP 😂😂
He failed at Barca, this would be a shite idea.
He won La liga in his second year.
Xavi is good, but our players can't work with such a aggressive manager, they will throw him under the bus
They will get sacked trust me barada won't let them throw him under the bus
@@neoleso4020 It's easier to sack one person than an entire team

He's gotta get views mate and compared to some utd shows Adam is moderate plus he's a die hard who follows em everywhere.
Understand but he’s just fishing round the papers for false truths.he hates ETH with a passion.again what has xavi done at Barcelona nothing
He won the league with Barca.
Ten Hag is an absolute embarrassment, he's getting sacked it's just a matter of time.
He's won the la liga title with barca are you slow?
Absolutely 💯 NOOOOOO
I like him so much
Great show Adam mate 👍
No brainer.👍
Good player in his day
Rooney better
xavi is top. he was failing at Barcelona but somehow won a league title ahead of Madrid and atleti. that is high standards
Copa del Ray too

German press report Terzic to replace Ten Hag
Pliz Noo....
Hansi Flick is proving that Xavi was a mediocre manager/coach
The players he fell out with and wanted out of the club, Raphinha and lewandowski are currently two of their best performers
So he won a title in a 2 horse race. Gerrard did the same with Rangers
Stop talking about a new managers
He can do whatever he wants it's his channel after all if you don't like just dont watch it's that simple 😂
I’m 50/50 on him…
carrick is the best manager better than pep too
We do not have the players Adam
Xavi is a no from me Adam mate , he's done nothing really still no one springs to mind
So winning the La liga and copa del ray is nothing 💀
We have a manager - let’s back him eh
Nice try😂
Its southgate guys.. im telling you now...🤣😭
Yeah well even their PR team would tell them that would be catastrophic
He’s bought some bad buys
I'd give eth till end of season first I wish all this nonsense would end.

You and the minority
😂😂😂
XAVI sorry Adam on this I'm not with you,, only man for United is ALONSO, if we can get him??
Xavi would not succeed at MAN UTD, either! Stick with ETH, or go with someone older and more respected (someone who has won things of significance!!).
Spanish league and cup double in first season ahead of Real Madrid ?

He's better than what we have La Liga 1x Copa Del Ray 1x
@@neoleso4020 Hag has won more than that. If that's your measuring stick.
