I use TPS Billions 8oz. 29 bucks - treats 225 GAL. I feed only 3 times 1/2 tsp. as a seedling transfer, then when I flip to flower a 1/4 tsp. in a gallon of water and a litre each(4 plants) then repeat at 4th week of flower. But I also use silica too in between those feeds and at Veg. And then my peppers, beets, radishes, beans, pumpkins etc. I barely use a few ounces all year. GW has had some quality control problems of it even being the right product in the containers. Nice Vid Though
okay, new to your channel but ive stumbled over your videos 3 times this week so it must be relevant. to do this properly germinate the seeds in rockwool (yea not a big fan either) and do like 6 of each and once they are sprouted use 2 EQUAL ones for the test. trouble germinating or stunted growth out the gate puts any plant at a marked disadvantage in hydro systems because more roots= more nutes. i use mykos personally but i also mostly use soil (hydro outdoors for cannabis is just profoundly unreasonable), i also use silica when in growing in dwc though.. but that may just be a cannabis thing. im going to look for a video of how you have your buckets set up now, thanks for sharing.
You're welcome, and I think you're right. As I rewatch how the test went, I think their are things I could do when testing to get a clearer result. Welcome to the channel and thanks for the feedback.
Sorry if youre self-conscious but your eyes look so cool. Great vid too I use both those products at times and have always wondered which was more beneficial.
Not self conscious about it at all, at least now anyway, I used to be, now it's a blessing, part of who I am. Feel free to be honest here with me, I'm old enough that I can agree to disagree. As for the products, future testing is planned to nail down uses for both.
I thought mykos was a fungi and great white had bacterium in them? Maybe I'm wrong. I thought these microbial additions were for soil solutions. They literally need something to feed on. No such food stuff for microbes in hydro.
They are different with what they contain, I understand the theory and I've been seeing variation in what they do. Both good products, but I'll have to dial the best use in for me before I can share my thoughts.
@@HouseDadLifeGrows the bacterium make nitrogen from feeding on organic matter. The fungus feed on organic matter to build networks for communication and nutrient transport for itself and associated plant roots, serving as an enabler of root development in soil. I really don't understand where these fit into hydro. They are not a sources of substantial amounts of any nutrient. They have no organic matter to feed on, thus they don't build any communities nor make any nutrients. The petri dish does need agar.
Im loving these videos, hello from australia, could you test a product called root roids (the black one specifically), and Ocean Grown - Deep Sea Sugar & Kelp from dr greenthumbs?
@@HouseDadLifeGrows Oh damn i didn't even think about that, could you test rhizotonic and any triacontonol product, bud burst from nutrifield is my favourite (despite the name it is my go to for my blackberries leaf growth).
Do you want to be stuck with over regulated shitty weed ? Is that what you want? Because that’s what you’ll get in the UK . That’s what we got in Canada
Recharge works awesome with cannabis. Grown it since 89' and started using this product 5yrs. ago. Farmer by birth.
Glad you got your setup dialed, keep it up!

Would also love seeing these products being tested with peat ,coco ,and organic.
I do have some peat and soil tests coming.
Yeah this is really cool!
Glad you enjoyed!
if you liked mykos you should try the azos it like the great white as its a powder but i find it works very well with very little
I was looking into this today, it'll be on the channel if I get some.

@@HouseDadLifeGrows youre a wise man, kudos.
Can you do a worm / compost tea vs makos or great white type products? People will really like that one
I can do that but not with the pails setup, anaerobic and compost tea gets nasty fast.
@ oh yes of course.Only when working with peat, coco, organic,or any combination of the three
Have you tried Real Growers Recharge?
I have, and without any success.

Timelapse music choice was 🤌
WINNER WINNER!! I've been waiting for this exact comment!

I just looked, they don't ship to Canada sorry.

Tomato plants are so hard in hydro so far only 1 of 10 has worked out for me
I'm working on dialing this in and I'll share when I feel confident about the results being repeatable for everyone.
Looking forward to seeing that when it's ready thanks
Pray for uk 🇬🇧 to legalise 🙏
