how to make your default layer colours any colour of the rainbow as well as how i render my edits

i know this is 3 years late but if anyone doesn't have h.264 then they can just use adobe media encoder, once you have it go to (in after effects with your project opened and saved in case of crashing etc.) file>export>add to adobe media encoder queue and then once it opens you can click on it, adjust the settings to your preferences and start the queue! :))

when i try rendering my edit it makes the complete sound but doesn’t show up on my desktop :(

I've seen in other tutorials that having capslock on while rendering, makes rendering slightly faster idk if that's true but do you do it or nah

i've never heard of that before so idk but i can't think of any reason as to why holding down caps is gonna help it go faster?

@@starknstrange it does go faster, you don't have to hold but just press it once and it means the preview won't load so it just goes faster
