I have used Theodent 300 for years now and let me just say it is very gentle, cleansing and my teeth feel better and are healthier, whiter. I love this toothpaste period.
Bruh, you didn't even get into the details of toothpaste itself. You didn't explain what "rennou" was (it's a natural replacement for flouride that's more effective at hardening than flouride, btw) or even state that this is the extra strength version of the cheaper $15-dollar option (which is also great).
As a dentist's daughter, I have to say, I'm deeply disturbed by this dentist's brushing technique. Zero care for the gums, brushing plaque in between the teeth... just awful...

I love theodent. I suffer from migraines and their mint not being so strong is really nice. I haven’t bought it in years though because I’d like to see more about how it works compared to over the counter and prescription toothpastes. I still needed dental work after using a whole tube, so I decided to reallocate the toothpaste money. I don’t regret trying it, but I’m not sure I’ll ever buy it again (it was a bit cheaper when I bought it, but it was still quite a bit more than I probably should have spent).
No it's not it's nothing wrong with treating yourself to something nice. If you don't do it who will!!!! Sometimes you have to celebrate being YOU 🤩, glad that you are sharing your experience with me, I wish I could brush my teeth when I am your patient.
