I am afraid not but the whole point is that the factory samples are very carefully chosen and prepared, so it really makes sense when you transpose them merge them, etc. I guess if you want to use your own samples, just go old-school and do it yourself by cutting longer loops and phrases into smaller pieces. They are nice tools in Ableton for that for example

Can i upload my own vocals that i can manipulate like the presets?
