A lot of this is great. Just really wish they'd give back the Claws of Shirvallah saberon form for cat form. The original argument Blizz gave for removing it was something like "the silhouette is too different from base and harder to recognize", but that's an entirely moot point now-a-days. We've got the werebears for bear form, the alternate moonkin model for Zandalari, and the armor type neutral heritage armors. Think that nightborne over there is a Mage? Nope, they're an Arms Warrior in full cloth with a glowy staff. Think that Dark Iron over there is a Warrior? Nope, they're a Mage in full plate with a two-handed mace. Also, they should've added the Glyph of Stars to the full transformation moonkin menu, along with the skinny "pure arakkoa" model that the Zandalari use a dinosaur-y variant of. (as in, give everyone the non-dinosaur, normal pure arakkoa model)

Oh my gosh, i was not expecting so much complexity for the moonkin! They look INCREDIBLE, i cant wait to get my hands on them! The level of customization in DF is so amazing and makes me look forward to future expansions so much more

Not really? There's already a raptor form, and it's already a travel form. They're just following the precedent set by Zandalari druids. Should have complained back in BFA when this first came out xD
Since the beginning moonkins had 1 glyph and 1 overall HD rework. Am glad they got this treatment and i hope its the door towards armor options and more in general
Forms are awesome! I've never been a fan of the man-bear-chicken, I always take the astral glyph and I STILL will but I'm so happy for moonbois who enjoy the bounce! LOVE seeing more customizations, now if we could get more player customizations, first and last names and clothing dyes for the next expansion, I'd be sooooo happy. 🙂
Hey, I only went stars because the boomkin was so fugly. Now that we can be handsome, and unique? It's not just 4 black chickens in a row, all exactly the same... why wouldn't you? It's as customizable as your base nelf/whatever form!
Yes you're right.Why the fat moonkin is getting all the love? I want all these new customizations for the skinny Zandalari Arakoa form. But I guess that's all we will have for the next 10 years from now on. I will remain in Zandalari Arakoa form because I like it more than the classic fat chicken even if fatty will be like a pompous glowy Christmas tree compared to poor Zanda boomkin.
The new moonkin look great, as for glyph of stars all I want if for them to fix the bug where having the glyph activated causes your character to turn into a textureless nightmare on the equip screen.
@MrGM - So many people, including myself have a bug in balance spec where we keep getting taken out of our moonkin forms (we keep the moonkin aura) randomly. Sometimes we have to press moonking form multiple times to become a "chicken". We also have a bug when we're in moonkin (when moonkin aura is active) and we open our character page, out character shows up as this white glowing person. I've reported it as a bug several times and so have my friends who also have the same problem, but still no changes!! Any idea of this bug will be repaired when they update the new druid forms please?
I've first started playing a Druid in vanilla, and I haven't played at all in a few years. These are changes I've wanted to see since the beginning, and they're finally doing it. If only I didn't have to sub to experience this. :')

I think its pretty cool seeing Druids get their customization options expanded again! I don't play anymore, but Druids have a special place in my heart. I just wish Blizzard will finally unlock the Mage Tower artifact appearances at -least- just for Druids now, so many players missed out on what are arguably the best customization options in the game
Would be cool if they had saved a little effort to allow Demon Hunters to be able to costumize their Demon form some. Not that I am playing anymore. But I just remembered how much I wanted to change the way my demonic form looked when I played in Legion. But, this all look pretty darn nice. Druids should be pretty happy with this.
I am completely disappointed that the dreamtalons are for travel form and not for feral form. It does not surprise me, but I was hoping to get 1 step closer to the old werecat.

Pity we can't use bear models that have been in wow since it started for bear forms; like a polar bear or the plaguelands undead/plagued bear model. Would be cool, especially if we got an undead druid in future.
I hope one day that Blizzard makes it to where if you have multiple different races of druids to max you can just customize and use the models for those as well via the barber shop, I doubt that will happen but it would be nice.
The new forms are awesome! I primarily play Feral but would seriously consider playing Balance with the new Moonkin customization. It would be great if we could customize our other forms like that, but I imagine it's hard for them to change the system now that we're all used to it. I hope it's something they're working on for a future patch.

I've been taking a break for a few months other than doing the trading post stuff. Looks like I'll be back in 10.2 with my druid. Have to collect them all! My Tauren is my main but I play my NE kitty now and then because I like their cat form better than anything out there currently. More panther-esque. Love that the new cat forms resemble them and that I can use it on any druid race.
I was totally expecting for that new owl form to be dynamic flight enabled,like whats is point of having entire rig created just to be used on a mount that less than 1% of people will actually get?
Honestly love blizzard implementing more cosmetic things to the game, not to spend the same resources on making a proper content for the players, just silly things all the time. This all started with the garrisons, to waste your time in the game as long as possible.
So sad to see so many people crapping on the Boomkin form still, and saying they'd rather just....use their base race form, and NOT use a fully customizeable boomkin form...the likes of which have never been seen in WoW in almost 20 years. Me personally? Sure, boomkins looked derpy and dumpy, but you can make them look badass now! No one complains about bear form, but always about boomkin...when one is just a bear standing up, and the other is a bear on all fours, lmao. With new beaks and beards and special glows and horns... if people still complain then they genuinely have no taste. Now, would I still like more arakkoa based forms for those other than zandalari - and a more customizable form for Zandalari? YES. But that does not take any of the joy away from how absolutely STUNNING the boomkin forms look with updates! It's what I've always hoped for! But all the other forms are exciting, as well! I just wish they'd give us nightsaber forms like those that were added in BFA in Darkshore, for Night Elves at least. We genuinely can't turn into the Night Elves' most iconic animal companion in 2023, rofl. They're all some sort of tiger, really. Apparently Zaralek Cavern and the new area won't have the normal flying, only dragonriding, unless they change that in the future.

What i want is to make moonkin form an optional talent that has all the current benefits except the damage bonus so we dont actually need to use it

Druids suck up so much dev time it's ridiculous, 4 specs, dozens of forms, it's own ui to customize said forms, such a dev time sink
Dev’s most loved class is Warlock. They ALWAYS have a meta spec, but Druid DPS has been garbage all Dragonflight

SO disappointed that the catraptor is just a travel form.. and I don't even play druid lol. Big oof.
I'd rather punch myself in the face than raid in WoW, least of all Mythic, so druid forms being locked behind that is really upsetting.
The 3 balance players will love this. ❤
