hey bro, i just got this car, Allure, 1.6 petrol. i noticed the safety belt indicator on top is abit weird and confusing. when you open the door, before sitting in, i got 4 red lights showed up, 1 for driver seat and 3 for the back,except for the front passenger . but, when a person sit on the front passenger seat, the red light showed up. As for the back seats, 3 lights will disappear automatically, whether with or without safety belt buckled up, after the car had travelled a short distance. so, just curious, what about yours? and the bonnet release lever is on your left passenger side too? ..did the french miss out something?
I just love everyting about this car. Handsome and syantik enough. Plus mordern. Can make comparison with5008 also? I just want your opinion about the two extra seats at the back. Subscribed 👍

I got an 1.3t version
Looks more appealing than the Honda CR-V. It's a coin toss between this and the Mazda CX5
The CR-V has better space imo, but when it comes to driving experience this one is really good.
HR-V is more like this and CX-5. CR-V is a bigger car
This interior in this Peugeot is superior to that of the CX5

No confidence in it.
Being an owner of the 2012 Peugeot 3008, my advice is skip it. The EP6 engine is highly unreliable. Damn car will spit out multiple errors like a Windows PC. Unsuitable for non technical people. Also, the sensors don’t last long. If ABS sensor kaput, the electronic parking brake will fail.
Oh that’s unfortunate, but this variant has a lot of improvements over the first generation one, though I have to agree that a first time bad experience will forever be imprinted on your mind.
KLGadgetTV Still the same engine and electronics plus extra new ones. When new for 2-3 years ok. At most, ABS sensors will fail. Later, high pressure fuel pump. Then, in tank fuel pump. Soon, wheel bearing like my case.
Best part? Any failures will cause the radiator fan to spin at highest speed even when engine not running. This will drain the battery and later car will spit out Economy Mode.

This car has pratically nothing in common with the previous 3008 - especially if you buy the petrol versions.

Don't buy a peugeot 3008
My mates 3008 is 10 months old and he noticed so bird crap on the roof ....he wiped it clean and the paint came off he paid £300 for peugeot paint protection.
He rang peugeot they don't want to know
