- I am showing you a typical northern Chinese style of braised pork ribs (红烧排骨). I learned it from my dad long time ago and our family all enjoy its rich taste! I normally buy good baby port ribs from Albertsons. Although the whole process may take about one and half hours, but most time it is just simmering. Here is the ingredient list:
Baby pork ribs 1.5 lbs
Ginger
Green onion
Soy sauce
Cooking wine
Five spices (or black pepper)
Vegetable oil
Salt
Sugar
