i used to listen to the Atlas Demo they let loos eon here over and over, and even now after all this time, i love the song, here its different, the added piano makes it sublime
recently figured out that post rock has a special place in my music life...although I've been listening to modern and post rock all my life...I now know that I will die with a far greater respect of this style of music...I guess one could say I have had a musical epiphany 😊

This sounds very similar to a band project called Sear with Michelle Richfield on vocals (previously of Dominion, signed to Peaceville and vocals on early Anathema recordings) This is good stuff. Any vinyl release?

I can see your point. For me, Heike just seems to possess a more emotional, mournful, almost astral tone in her voice timbre. A natural gift. rare.

Any recommendations for similar sound? I've enjoyed Sleep Dealer a lot as well. But mostly just this sheer vacuous sound enthralls me.
