Reminds me of the little dreams I have of my father and sometimes I feel uplifted and find myself asking what my dad would like. I’ve gotten into gardening cause of him, loved this story. It’s bittersweet but celebration of physical life is also moving on for them. They would only look down and see your sad face.

i was hoping this would be scary because i've been ultra emotional from my own pregnancy, then this just had to be sweet and THAT ENDING! that ending got to me. this was so beautiful. i can't stop crying

This was a bittersweet experience watching this. Very dark but melancholic at the same.
On the side note, I believe the principle of "show, don't tell". And you're doing so great that I don't think you even need to included these subs. I can tell the mother has been living a monotonous life by just her sad face and repetitive actions I can tell she lost the child by just looking at the pics. That's what makes your work special.
Edit: I am in tears. Literally. The ending is so powerful.

The start of this story was like my life before I had my child. I was 39 when I had her, she's turning 4 soon. she's my whole world and I can't imagine my life without her, Before her, my life was void, lonely, unliveable.
I loved this I so want a part 2 to where the baby looks exactly like the daughter. I love this 💗

Because I am lately writting a story for a character I made I was looking up at real stories from parents that lost a young (or not) child. I paused my writting because I had a lot of things written down, but now this video is out. I watched, as usually I loved one more of your videos! But now i'm feeling bitter-sweet because it's very sad and at the same time beautiful.
It's very touching and so well thought out. I have tears in my eyes at this story. It seems to me that in real life this is exactly what happens to people who have lost loved ones..

I lost my first two children due to early pregnancy loss and I remember being on autopilot. I was basically just existing. Then when I wasn't busy with work and errands, I'd just cry. It was such a short video but everything was conveyed perfectly. Thank you for making this.
