I you feel under it near the middle, i think there is a little clip. Use a big flat screwdriver or small pry bar. Pry behind the harness, like you are trying to push it straight away from the fender, towards the engine. Can't guarantee nothing will break, but I was able to pop the harness channel off of the clip and then clip it back in place when I was done. 👍
Stiffening of the front end. Reduces jounce and rebound of the engine in the engine bay, causing the car to be less upset for less time after encountering bumps at high speed.
You know...I'm not sure. Did not think to weigh them. 😅 But, going to try and find out. I think they may be about the same. Stock mounts appear to be cast aluminum, and the Hasport are billet aluminum. Now you have me wondering. 🤔😆
No hard data via weighing on scale, but in hand...the Hasport mounts feel a little lighter. Worst case scenario, they feel almost the same, but they FEEL a little lighter. Hopefully that helps. 👍
