Hi! I don't want to replace the SATA disk for another one, but to add a secondary mSATA disk to the WWAN bay in this exact model. According to the technical manual, this is possible in this model using the WWAN bay not for wifi card but for mSATA unit expansion. I have an mSATA disk or unit, but I can't find the proper mSATA connector in the WWAN bay. Could you please tell me where it is exactly, or if I have to get additional connectors (and which) in order to make this expansion possible. Thank you very much for your videos and answers.
The Dell Latitude 7440 accepts gen 3 and gen 4 micro SSD. You can just upgrade to a faster micro SSD after doing a backup. I plan on upgrading mine to Western Digital SN770M with 5100/4900 read & write speed.

Hi, what about the windows and the licence ? Is possible to transfert it from the old ssd to the new one?
For Windows 11 and Windows 10, the product key is "injected" onto the computer motherboard and has nothing with storage.
