    I know it's hard to believe, but the best way to address skepticism is to do a demo yourself. If you are interested in a demo, feel free to email me at audiophilejunkies@gmail.com. You can come to my house in Houston for a formal demo. Also, if you buy the Bacch through me, and you will get a 15-day free trial as well as access to my Whatsapp group which features the largest Bacch user group including the designer Edgar to give you additional tips, tricks, and support. There are others already with this technology that you can ask and discuss. However, feel free to leave a comment with your questions. Pricing for the Bacch4Mac is listed on this link - www.theoretica.us/bacch4macAJ/ Contact me directly for pricing on the ADIO and DIO

    Very interesting. Can the headphone module be added to the hardware versions of BACCH?

    • @AudiophileJunkie
      @AudiophileJunkie  6 дней назад

      Yes... That's how it's sold... You have to have Bacch first

    I personally have Smyth Realizer 8 , have my stereo system image and listen through my headphones when everyone is sleeping .

      Yes I have a guy in my membership group who's used that, but switched to the Bacch. Seems like it was effective.

    Houston guy here, met you a few times at 3mA. Changing careers. Becoming a trucker. Trying to find use of my Audio Tekne pre and power amp and keeping 1 of my dacs. Can some headphones be used with a speaker amp? I'd sell for a nice headphone set up, like that STAX set up, but i know isolation and vibration control will be paramount. At the very least, it would be great to have something i can listen to and relax when i park after hours on the road.

      You likely don't need a normal amp for headphones. In fact, you're better off with noise cancelling headphones if you're going to be listening on the road. There are pretty good options for battery powered solutions.

    I just emailed you. Curious about getting into this with my system, but I don't understand the chain entirely.

    So what if my main system is my headphones rig? Does that mean I can't use the bacch since it won't have a reference to bin?
    And if I use this for headphones, does that mean I have to listen to music through the PC/Mac??

    • @AudiophileJunkie
      @AudiophileJunkie  11 дней назад +2

      You will need a regular system in room to measure and emulate. Playback is then through the Bacch server included which is usually Roon.
      You can email me to get my phone number and we can discuss in more detail.

      Are you talking about wireless ones? It's more for traditional open back wired headphones.

    It‘s a total myth, that Headphones, even the best are the reference of audio. They suffer of their own issues, just like speakers do, the more they come close to very diverse human ears and hearing. So I disagree on making them a reference. I agree though, if you think BACCH is for you it certainly is a thing for headphones for the exact same reason it is relevant on Speakers, as you are into it, already. But no, all that‘s promoted here is simulation of your own, but perfected room into your headphone, LOL. I love technology, this is great. So next time I‘m taking my headphones to take a long Poo journey in that little ceramic echo chamber I just continue to listen to my high end concert room via my Bacchus Fonum Cerebrum system. LOL.

      You are generalizing what I said. Headphones are no question about it BETTER than regular speakers for distortion and impulse response.. Plus taking the room out of the equation. If you can't hear and use that value as a reference for evaluating your regular system, you are either using crappy headphones or might need to see an audiologist. It's not a arguable point.
      I mentioned the drawback of headphones to traditional stereo system listening... And that's what you may be referring to as more "enjoyable"... But that's what the Bacch addresses.
      Again, it's not something that needs to be argued. You can hear it easily first hand. A Stax x9000 will no question reveal things and deliver results in certain recordings you've never experienced. If you combine it with the Bacch module and measurements from your regular system, you will be shocked at the combo of strengths it can deliver using just your ears... Not theory.
      It's an unprecedented product and technology... Much like people going to the Sphere for the first time... So I understand the skepticism, but after one demo you'll understand.

    Junkie this makes no sense. Why would you want to use headphones to hear the sound of your speakers? Why not just use the head tracking to keep the imaging stable but have the perfection of headphone listening?

    • @AudiophileJunkie
      @AudiophileJunkie  8 дней назад

      The imaging in your head from many headphones is unattractive to many audiophiles. Plus, you don't get the natural flavor of your speakers and room that some enjoy. This solves those problems to an eerie accuracy.
      As I mentioned though, if you are a hardcore headphone guy and don't mind the imaging in your head, then it's not the product for you. You wouldn't need the headtracking if you aren't trying to recreate an actual soundstage as mastered.

    • @geickmei
      @geickmei 8 дней назад

      @@AudiophileJunkie Jason you're still not getting me. The head tracking alone should get rid of the IHL - In Head Localization. So now you are closer to hearing what was mastered without the interference of your speakers and room. So why would you want to interject that again? The idea of headphone listening is to get rid of the room and hear into the recording, NOT to hear your speakers once again.

      Once you demo it, you will be able to clearly hear why. It's much more complex than you are assuming.
