Great! Greatgreatgreat! I could really see the fun you were having!
Gratz! Classes are a bit of a flight for me
I really wish i could take some classes! Unfortunately, the drive from New England to Old England is a bit far.
I could use that to turn my egg shells into dust so my food forest absorbs faster in powder form .
You guys make me wish that I live in the UK.
Congrats on your new Co worker. Very nice job. Cool project. Keep up the great craftsmanship and hard work my friends. Forge on. God bless.
Video suggestion: making a rocking pizza cutter
As always, thanks for the quality content. Have a good day :)
A fun and busy time for sure. look forward to some of those class results. Enjoy it fellas.
Wow! Nice mortar. In terms of heavy kitchenware, although not used as much as in the old days, and nowadays if found at all, they are only made of a aluminum.- a meat tenderizer. Another item seen in Mexican stores, and hopefully made of stainless (except for blade) is an ice shaver. It is like a block plane with a lid to catch the shaved ice. Another item seen in Japan and made of ceramic is a hibachi stove for table-top use. It has a small grille (4 to 6 inches wide) on top and feet on the bottom. It resembles the mortar but with the bowl on top and the bottom leaving a shelf in between the two divots. It is sort of squarish with holes for venting. One or two bits of hot charcoal are placed in it and set on the table. You have a plate of sliced meat next to it to start cooking! If made of steel it would never break. Handy for car camping, but not backpacking. Just a few ideas.
Excellent venture, Daniel. Best of success for your classes. ⚒
Simplicity often= Purity always = Art . Nice way to go.Thanks KEEP ON GOING
We will be watching.😉
question..... love it its awesome but .... How do you avoid the possibility of a really horribly placed cold shut when you drill the hole to start the sphere punch...would it not have been better to just punch it into a bowl shpae?
Basically just drill the hole to find the centre super easy when the metal was hot. The hole was about 25mm in diameter and at its deepest point 5mm so no chance of a shut just a "little" mark.
@@danielmoss2089 ah nice one thanks, I was envisioning more of a bore hole lol
A small wide hole like that acts like a centre punch for a drill.
Прикольная ступа с пестиком получилась!Пестик бы длинее сделать,что б удобнее рукой держать.
I'll find an excuse to pop over to England Great news on the courses
What did the finished pestle and mortar weigh? I'd hate to slide it off the counter onto my toe! ;)
Great to see you guys again. Super piece of kitchen hardware. I like heavy metal too, Luke. I'm going to do my level best to get over for one or two of the classes. Best of luck.
Peter
That's yer brodder right?
