I loved Angels concerts so much. One concert I was dancing with this cute girl, thought I was doing well, then security come to tell her that Doc wants to meet you backstage after the show. She literally go "Waaaah". I thought, oh you a- hole Doc. Then another under the Footscray bridge, best one ever really, free one, Doc stopped the show to take a mother and her young child back from the stage, he said "sensitive ears OK?" My hero forever. Before I got a tattoo of the night attack cover, my then young son said "I don't like it so much Dad". Then I play some Angels and within a short time, he's screaming Waaaaa! He likes that tattoo now
You notice the Irish and British are very similar in music and when they perform onstage, in movies, etc. Doc Neeson performance, eccentric dance style is very much like Peter Garrett, indeed. Bon Scott copied everything from Stevie, the cheeky grin, the dance, the taste for the good life, the lot. Doc Neeson is Irish and the crowd waves a British flag😂
@nukKkinfigGgeR These British are not even born in Australia yet call themselves Australians. And there is nothing Australian about them. There was nothing Australian about the Bee Gees, and AC/DC.
@@zaneharman6113 James Reyne wasn't that young in 1988. He would have been around 31 & had a huge at the time hit album with his debut solo, so I don't think he would be hanging around in the crowd!
Nope. Don't agree. Brent Eccles was an excellent drummer. Although sound quality wise, yes didn't sound too flash. Must not have been mic'ed up correctly.
The BESt band ever!!!!!!! The Doctor is In!!!
Special band. Irreplaceable. That man was Rock and Roll - world's best front man.
