Yes! It can be so scary sometimes, but really works for red and warm hair colors! Her natural was a level 4 virgin hair and unfortunately, I only use color lines with a letter system so I don't have a translation for you!❤
Not all number lines are universal but I’ll transfer into mine for you. I use Pulp Riot. Roots: 15 volume and equal parts 5-5 & 5-55 (red violet) Mids: equal parts 6-6 & 6-4. (Red and copper) Ends: 1oz 7-4, 1oz 7-3, and anywhere between .3 -.5 oz 7-2, or however you need to formulate in your line to creat level 7. I looked up the AB in the Shades color chart. It’s a golden beige, meaning gold is dominant and beige (usually violet) is secondary. Hence the 1 oz of gold and a “bit “ of violet to tone down the formula so the copper isn’t glowing! I do love the copper reds, I’m a hair stylist since 1971…..I am a level 7 or 8 & have yellow skin, no5 cool so I love the copper reds with some blonde hilights……I use 7 NRG Lumishine with 8 N with 20 vol. on gray roots & pull it through……sometimes it’s too coppery & other times it doesn’t have enough copper red……..I usually use close to equal parts of each……do you have a favorite line you especially like with red heads? My colors are Joico & sometimes I use color Perfect 8Rg & 7N……..this seems to fade quicker, maybe cuz I’m using level 8…….any help I appreciate.

My favorite line for red is Goldwell! Their reds are consistent and vibrant! I would check it out!
