Lovely design ❤️. The bead is so pretty, I bought several to make some crafts. Do you think it would be possible for a bead to be open, though? I’d like to make a pendant out of one of the beads.

Your wire art is so beautiful. May I ask, do you draw out your design first or do you design as you go? Thank you so much for sharing. I've learned so much from you. 🙋🏻‍♀️

Lovely design!! When you add the patina, do you brush it on avoiding the bead or can you dip the entire pendant in the liver of sulpher? Thank you for the wonderful tutorial!

Thank you! 😊 Dipping vs brushing depends on the stone and how porous it is. The rule of thumb is stones with a harness of 6 or above on the Mohs scale can be dipped. I think shell, in theory, shouldn't be dipped - but these particular beads do have a coating on them (resin I think) so I haven't had problems dipping them! If in doubt, though, brush it on. For more information on adding patina, check out my video at ruclips.net/video/yl67z6XmNiQ/видео.html 😃

Love your tutorials. But I'm a bit stuck on seeing how to do the bail. Can you help?

THANK YOU for another beautiful, inspiring tutorial. May I ask where you purchased your "large puffy bead" from? It is GORGEOUS with that oxidized copper weaving. Be blessed and well.

I found them on Etsy....I searched "abalone bead" because I liked this one so much.

I got this abalone from JewelleryMaker quite a long time ago, and I don't think they've had them since. I'm looking for alternative sources, so I'm glad you found them! 😊

They're all so cool but they all have holes and I have stones without holes. Q.Q
