This is my all time favorite promo. Too bad the networks like CBS don't have great promos like this anymore.....or great shows like this to do promos for!
awesome set of promos from CBS in 1985 (the third & final year of the "We've Got the Touch" campaign) what's better is that you even have the full 2:00 promo in higher quality!
Airwolf made its final season on CBS until it was cancelled after three seasons. But MCA, Universal’s then-owner made 24 more episodes for Airwolf when it moved to Vancouver Canada to reduce budget cost and a different cast led by Barry Van Dyke as the rescued St. John Hawke. The Canadian-made fourth season of Airwolf lasted in 1987 when it aired on the USA Network.
I hope y’all will reply to this why was Sylvester the Cat in the promo?????!!!…. I thought the Bugs Bunny show moved to ABC in 1985 also who was the lady singing with Kenny Rogers?????!!!
Hey Les Moonves, this is the network you have ruined. I mean, you may have turned CBS into the #1 network when you were there. However, you ruined many, many things, like turning The NFL Today into a Fox NFL Sunday and ESPN NFL Countdown wannabe by adding comedy to it when James Brown returned to CBS in 2006 to compete against Fox and ESPN. Too bad your attempt failed. I'm glad you're fired from CBS, Les, LOL.
