Ranger Boat Review Long Term Review!

Providing A long-term review for my 2002 ranger bass boat. Bottom line there’s a few little issues with Ranger’s that are probably similar to other boats, but pony up and get a ranger!
Hopefully you found this helpful In your next Boat purchase. Bottomline you cant go wrong with a ranger.

I have a 96 ranger 461vs. 96 evinrude intruder 150. Those were the best evinrudes. Has a 24v ultrex with garmin electronics. Love it. Super smooth ride. On plane immediately. Stable fishing. Only thing i had to change was the rod locker. I had to cut out a hole in the locker. It would only hold 7'rods. These older rangers are amazing.

I have that same boat and color 2001 with a newer 4 stroke Mercury 150

My Ranger 185vs does 52 with a stupid 4 blade. Trim her up a bit more and run her a bit harder and you should hit 50 plus.
