When I first started playing drums, I learned trad grip from marching percussion and the proper trad grip, so his made me really mad. But as I started playing drums more and more I gradually started using the stewart method and now that's all I use
@@ethanridge9024 that's interesting, does it affect your control? Stewart never goes into much detail about His grip, the only thing i know Is that he says that it's better for hitting harder, that why he always had tape or bandages
