I didn’t want to download anything to get rid of virus safe finder. But I downloaded malware and it took off the virus immediately. I really recommend it if your computer is slow and safari search goes to safe finder. Thanks for the help !

I have been having small issues with it for some time now but it was still completely useable just becoming slow. Then yesterday it started not fully loading address sites. It was becoming a mess. I then realized my Apple phone support was expired. I’m actually glad now, as you have helped me even more than they did before when I had a similar problem. Your instructions are so clear and complete that I had no trouble following them. Thank you! After following many articles without success, your tutorial fixed the problem. The issue was under profiles. Although we didn't have an Admin profile as noted, we did have one called "Skill Panel Search". Once this was deleted, the AnySearch search engine highjacking was over. Thank you so very much!!!!

So helpful! I had the ‘safe finder’ safari bug constantly redirecting me to the wrong search engine etc. The strange address is exactly what I found in the malicious profile removal step. Thanks a million for finally helping me locate and remove this annoyance :)

Very thorough. On point number nine it seemed like the C cleaner did not execute its task or even look like it was trying so I eventually cut it off. But my computer runs fine now
