- We're entering the Grandia world for the first time with this remix of the Grandia II's middle boss theme: FIGHT!! Version #3!
I've gotten quite a few Grandia requests over time, so this one's for all you Grandia fans. There are a few different FIGHT!! songs to choose from, this is one of my personal favorites. Enjoy! :)

I never knew about the existence of that game, but this theme is very good.
Invader Zebanyan DX it got re-released on Pc through Steam, give it a look. Classic JRPG goodness with actually pretty good voicework and a story with some good twists and turns. Biggest thing to get it for is the combat though, it's a joy to play.
It's super underrated! One of the best romps on DC. A real shame what would happen to the series (the original director is not with us any longer)... Got turned into an MMO like what would happen to BOF later would.
@@hitkid2456 Like Assassins Creed 2 was to AC 1, Grandia II is one of those sequels which is vastly superior (IMO) in almost everything to the first installment.
It is indeed a pity how the lukewarm following games of the series failed to keep the franchise alive and relevant.

Fernas Flying Tenseiken was my go-to boss killer. At least 3000 damage per hit and near endgame Ryudo had over 200 sp

99% sure that sax is the one Insaneintherainmusic uses for logos and stuff. Either way a Hydrocity collab was implied on Twitter between the two a while back.

Dude! i Love the shit out of this game, i used to play this game like every 2 years for how awesome this game is! Now its like every 3-4 years or so.
In fact, i think its time i replay it again! this video gave me that itch plus enough time to where i can enjoy the game without remember a lot of things.
Same!! I played through the game about 4 times. It was and still is great. Rpgs you never know what you gonna get but this one was a gem.

After seeing this (or, rather, hearing it), I may need to look into the Grandia soundtracks myself.
Aside from that, the end slate’s hint looks to be rather obscure. A saxophone, with an inexplicable overlay of rain? Heck if I have any idea what it could be.
i love this song and the dynamic it brings with it. i like your timing in the breaks and transitions. For your cover is a 10/10 for this song of the OST. less than three

For a Grandia old time, you should totally cover Huge Frogger's theme from King of the Monsters 2.
This is what I've been waiting for all along!

Hey Jonny, great song, as per usual. Ok, now for some song suggestions:
1. Team Plasma Medley (do any team plasma songs worth doing, which is most of them)
2. Team Rainbow Rocket Medley (same as last)
3. Pokemon Rival Theme Medley (especially do the Unovan rival themes)
4. Kirby Boss Medley (you know, the songs that play whenever you fight Wispy Woods)
5. Ultra Necrozma
6. Pokemon Legendary Encounter Medley (the songs that play whenever you encounter Pokemon like Mespirit, Cobalion, Moltres, Suicune, etc)
7. BotW Medley (do any ones you think are worth doing)
8. Hollow Knight vs. Troupmaster Grimm/Nightmare King Grimm (not sure if you could do this one, but honestly, I just want to find a Hollow Knight song you could do. If you can't do this one, completely understandable)
9. Hollow Knight Sealed Vessel (same situation as 8)
10. Hollow Knight vs Hornet (same situation as 8)
11. Hollow Knight Medley (there are a lot of amazing songs in Hollow Knight, and a bunch of these couldn't be stretched into full metal remixes, so do this please. You might actually want to include 8, 9, 10, and 11 in this medley)
12. Terraria Boss Themes (dude, these songs are severely underrated. Just do the songs that play during the Eye of Chthulu and The Twins fights.)
13. High Above The Land (fuse it with Cargo Full of Fineries if you have to)
14. Flowers of Antimony (you'll probably have to fuse this with the Specter of Torment remix and the Plague Knight boss themes)
Some of these suggestions are a bit out there, so I just want to remind you that you don't have to do all of these, just the ones that you want to do (but at least try doing the Hollow Knight ones). Love your music, and hope you have fun doing what you love!

you should do Grandia's Four Volley Rounds of Tension in a compiled mix, or Grandia 2's Purification Of Darkness, both would sound Really good with your style! :3

Holy crap, Grandia titles have some of the finest battle and boss music ever. I'm a longtime fan of the series since the first entry and it's great you chose a song from the entry that was the series' peak. Too bad Grandia fell to crap after Xtreme. Nicely done. I'd love to hear what you could do with the first Grandia's Battle 3, my top pick for best battle music in an RPG ever.
Flegan777 Xtreme had a fairly bleh story and characters but the combat was the focus of the game. I think Grandia 3 dropped the ball to be honest, just wasn't as good as the first of Grandia 2.
I know. Evann and company were great fighters, but the game itself was lacking the usual Grandia charm with plot and cast development, likely because the late Takeshi Miyaji stopped directing the series after II. On the plus side, Xtreme had some of the most addicting combat in the series ever, especially the Mana Egg fusion bonus effects and the combination moves (the latter of which was never used again). Grandia III was complete trash in every way though, and an utter embarrassment to the series name, not to mention that thankfully shut down online entry. The Grandia name is dead, and we'll likely never see another title again, but we can always remember the best times we had with it, including Noriyuki Iwadare's amazing soundtracks.

Yeah, Miyaji passed away back in 2011 from complications following brain tumor surgery. He was only 45. Died way too young.
@@Flegan777: agreed, i've only gotten into Xtreme recently and not far into the second area and i can already tell you it's the hardest game in the series (out of 1, 2, and 3) which is a plus, but also a minus since these games all have the "game over and you're back to the title screen" bullshit i loathe so much so i'm using PCSX2 and save-stating every floor since saving isn't exactly common
