I’m fan of Pierre’s show. I’ve never heard D’lai jokes before but it was funny and respectfully presented. Pierre said art is art even if you don’t like it. Then immediately got offended about the trans joke, because he has trans “friends”. For those that are familiar with the comedy styles of D’lai and Billy, then we already knew the drama regarding the sex and the marriage. D’lai and Pierre agreed off camera (as with most every interview you have ever watched to include Oprah and CNN) the guest/talent mgr review the scope of the interview and set limitation/restriction to topics. Pierre reneged and is flaw for that.

I think when it comes to the topic of trans people alot of people don't use logic. Because logic dictates that a person with alot of trans friends will eventually get tired of hearing a bunch of negative trans jokes. Maybe some comedians could possibly write a few jokes that don't make trans people seem like aliens or losers or crybabies. Write a few jokes where trans people come out the winner and not the punchline and maybe some of them will ease up and have a better sense of humor. Their friends too.
