I saw this at Baylor performed by the Baylor Wind Symphony and my jaw was on the floor the entire time. A couple of days later, I got to play Sacred Spaces (and I'm a horn player!) Such an experience. Neither of which I'll ever forget!

This is so dazzling and beautiful. I see color when I hear pitches. it's weird, but since this piece is in a G centered tonality, I see blue. Just saying. Very nice work!!

I saw this piece performed by an awesome high school band. Sadly, I can’t remember the school name. But they did this so beautifully… it brought me to tears just hearing this in an auditorium live! You could feel the vibrations in your feet and it was absolutely breathtaking!

The school band I’m in played this for a contest, during the contest near the end when the trumpet is supposed to play with the mute, the trumpet player sitting next to me didn’t put the mute in properly so it fell out. In the middle of the performance. It was very loud and very jarring
