Im LS swapping pretty much all my Ford's. You can basically get 3 LS engines for the price of 1 coyote! If coyotes were affordable I would do that instead but they're not 😬. Looks good! Keep it going!

Just finishing a coyote swap in my 69 and it’s been an expensive nightmare. I’ve told lots of people a LS is the way to go for all reasons

A daily driver should be something inexpensive and easily repaired. LS is calling all of you who say nah.
thats a bad ass ride and the smart way to go using that LS. ford doesnt make something that fits in there with good power and reliable and like you many of us are in the same situation. i have a 68 mustang and looked into a coyote swap but man its so much BS you gotta do compared to an LS swap. i have a pontiac with an LS, and its no joke. Im seriously considering it in my Mustang as well.

What wheel clearances like. She's sitting pretty low. Do the front wheels clear??
No fender rub. Using race craft 11.5” control arms. It is a bit lower than I like so I’m going to adjust the coil overs.
Awesome just what I want to do to my mustang and bronco. LS is a lot cheaper and has more power and better gas mileage. Your garage looks like mine. mustangs broncos. keep making the videos.

How affordable was this compared with your normal (351?) install or a Coyote swap? I know one advantage of the LS is that it's much narrower with the single cam than the Coyote with four!

What donor vehicle, if you know, did the drivetrain come from?
What shifter are you using, part number and link if you have it?
Do you think your transmission mount would fit a 65 Mustang? Has been a sore spot, the one you created looks like it could work

Big thanks! I have the shifter and mount drawn up for sendcutsend to cut. You would need to bend a few brackets for those though. The floors are the same fro. 64.5-68 coupe/fb. The 65 should have same clearance i have. Stock front suspension?
@@FollowTheBuilds in the process of doing the AJE swap. Using spindles from a 93 5.0. You literally did what I am in the process of doing. Would love to see longer videos of the build and just remembered you did electric steering and brakes. My pony is a 65 convertible and I know what you mean about the floors. I may look at the 4l65e for tunnel clearance, still undecided after seeing the 8 speed.

That car is gonna move out and have amazing mpg's. I have a bolt on 16 SS w/8spd auto that runs 11.20's all day. Your car will be in the 10's and get 25mpg on the way to and from the track

Love it! I was going to put an LS in my 67 convertible but got tons of hate so I bought a 68 302 to go in it. I just got done with the aje swap so I can put a coyote in but am not a fan of the width and complexity so im leaning towards the godzilla or the new 6.8 whenever they get the manual swap developed
I’m in the process of putting an LS in my 65. Everyone loves to complain about it but nobody bats an eye at a power glide in a ford or dodge, or a 9inch in everything you can think of. It’s not like nobody ever put a Chevy engine in a T bucket before. Parts is parts people. I can buy an LS ready to go with transmission for less than it costs to rebuild a Windsor engine. Calm down and quit being so loyal to something that doesn’t know you exist.

Lost me man i can’t watch! I could see putting a Ferrari v8 or Lamborghini v10 that’s hot rodding… a LS with an automatic? There are no words! It reminds of the old Harley Davidson advertisement: “riding a honda is like gay sex feels good while you’re doing it but do you really want your friends to see you doing it?”
